Vista Maggiore is a beautiful family villa boasting breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Vista Maggiore offers an exclusive holiday setting for large groups up to 10 guests. The property is 400 Square meters and sits on a property of 5,500 Square meters.
Nestled in a serene residential enclave on the picturesque hillside of Stresa at 800 meters above sea level, this beautiful historic villa provides a perfect family friendly holiday accommodation, with many fabulous features throughout!
Vista Maggiore sits in a sunny lake view garden overlooking Lake Maggiore with far reaching views of the mountains. The inside of the villa is spacious, bright and welcoming. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests for groups of 4 or 8 people, guests have the flexible option to rent out just one portion of the villa.
Built in the 1912-14, recently restructured and finely furnished, Vista Maggiore stands 800 meters above Stresa with an exceptional scenic location overlooking Lake Maggiore.

For rentals longer than one week, there is a complementary cleaning twice a week for two hours on Wednesday and Saturday.

Linens and towels will be changed once a week.
Electricity is included in the rental.

On the ground floor of the villa is a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas providing a lovely place to relax and unwind with a flat screen SAT TV and a decorative fireplace. The splendid lake view loggia provides an additional outdoor living area.
Also, on the ground floor, is a beautiful fully fitted kitchen providing all appliances including a gas oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room with table for 10 people.
A wooden staircase leads guests to the upper floor where are 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

2 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom (shower) and lake views.
1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom both with garden view, sharing 1 bathroom (tub + shower)
