- This 2-story condo requires an exterior staircase to enter. While there is a bedroom on the 1st floor, an additional interior staircase is required to access the remaining bedroom on the 2nd floor
- If you plan to bring a boat, you will need to plan to store the boat trailer at another location. Marker 37, which is right at the end of our canal, allows truck and trailer storage. Trailer storage is available for $10/night, or both truck and trailer storage is available for $25/night at Marker 37. This is the renter's responsibility and expressly not part of the nightly rental of this home

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great, nice and spacious, clean with everything we needed. There was some fishing done out back and was a nice place to spend time. I would reccomend it.

Beautiful location!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The dock and back patio was perfect for relaxing. The couch and bed was comfortable. We will definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. Thank you for great communication!

Great spot, bring a few things.

This location is great. The assigned parking in the lot is helpful and relieves the stress of finding a spot. The entry is up a long wooden staircase with a small landing at the top. There’s not much outside in the front other than a shared hose spigot, but no hose. So if you’re going to need to rinse any beach related things, bring a hose. The master tucked away by itself. The kitchen is lacking some practical items and several of the pots and cookie sheets were quite dirty, so we just had to clean before use. The table is very small, like kid-sized small- and only seats four small people. There are two barstools at the half bar that can also work for meal seating. The MB is large and the bed was comfortable, not too soft. The bathroom is the only one the bottom floor if that matters for anyone. No hair dryer, so bring your own. The stairs are shallow and dicey and the railing is strangely short, so beware. The laundry was at the top of the stairs and functioned properly but was covered in pet hair. The 2nd BR has a king bed and a small dresser. There is a window/portable ac unit up there sitting on the floor. The upstairs bathroom is spacious and functions well. The house is nicely decorated and updated. My only complaint is that there was dog hair everywhere. Every corner, couch, bedspread, etc. The outside area is very nice. There’s a private deck up top and then you go down a staircase to a shared deck closer to the water. For the price it was great. We’d stay again!

Padre Island getaway

Book this 2 weeks before our stay. Had issues getting in but our representative helped us with that right away. The kitchen could use a deep cleaning, some utensils and the inside of the refrigerator was dirty. Dishwasher doesn’t work as well as it should. Tiles are broken on the back deck, need to wear shoes so you don’t get cut. The house was comfortable and we were able to spread out. Loved the location for what we were planning on doing in the area.

Nice condo! Just not very clean.

We loved the location, and the design of the condo! While getting settled, we found mold on the upstairs closet door, and on the ac vents. We understand we are on the coast, and it can be damp, so we wiped it down, and went on! Also, check in was easy! But the internet connection information wasn’t correct and the management company didn’t return my call when I tried to find out what was wrong. I had to call back in the morning to get help.

Decent place to stay

The inside of the condo was very nice. the couched, mattresses and pillows were all very comfortable. the back deck, and ability to fish from the boat slip was nice on the raining days. The Location is nice, and the area was very quiet at night. there were some broken tiles on the back deck that were also loose so we needed to always have shoes on to prevent getting cut. For a property that is listed as no pets, I was surprised to see a "Beware of Dog" sign stuck to the front door and there was dog hair under the couch. On one of the rainy days the maintenance guy knocked on our door twice. the first time (at about 11:00) he nearly stepped in to look at our daughter and the first words out of his mouth were "Yeah that's what I thought". then he asked if we could keep the kids from making so much noise because we were bugging him. two hours later after having the kids sit and watch a movie, we were getting ready to leave and as i opened the door to leave he was at the bottom of the stairs and said that if i didn't "get the kids under control" that "this isn't going to end well". I didn't appreciate the threats for verry little noise that was occurring outside of the "Quiet time" as my kids were always in bed asleep by 8:30 the parking lot is older and is mostly gravel and has large potholes. With it raining everyday there was constant standing water in multiple places, the biggest one was right at the entrance and was too large to step across when taking the trash out.

Not so great

Unfortunately we did not have the stay we expected. Several things did not work such as bedroom TV, bedroom ceiling fan, and bathroom electrical outlets. I did make management aware the first evening but the only thing they did do was deliver washcloths. The condo is decorated very nice; however, is much older than the pictures show. The balcony tile is very cracked and the bathroom faucet really needs to the replaced if you want to adjust water temperatures.

Relaxing Getaway

We visited during a tropical storm but still had a relaxing vacation! The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect for quick and easy access to anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great surprise trip!

We had a great time! Communication was great. We had a small question about getting the fans on, and management quickly responded. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The a/c worked great and the deck was perfect for coffee in the morning. Awesome stay!!

Comfortable place

The condo is right on a channel with a deck, and grill. 2 full bed/bath with king size bed in each, and tv. Nice layout. Washer & dryer. Close to Port Aransas & a nice drive to Padre Island Nat'l Seashore. Shopping & restaurants in main Corpus Christi.

Disappointing Dump

The coffee maker was broken, there were only 2 face towels for 4 adults, cable/satellite was advertised, but only satellite, mattress pad on downstairs bed was badly soiled and should be replaced, no hot water in face basin in upstairs bathroom. Couldn’t turn ceiling fans on or off. There were cracks in the paint, the living room furniture is outdated.

Are we there yet!

So relaxing and fun 😎. Enjoyed being with great friends and going fishing 🎣. Went to several beaches, great restaurants and older crowd bars close by. The condo is top notch. Clean, spacious and has a deck to fish or Barbecue from. It’s also in a canal far enough away from the crowd, but close enough to find the fun. Can’t wait to go back.

Best beach vacation with my son

Was the first vacation with my son not staying in a hotel and I will always book this place if available in the future for beach vacations. The location is perfect for fishing , beach days and great restaurants near by. I would recommend this property to all friends and family.

My review would be better but the home was not clean when I arrived. I

I was very disappointed with the unit being unclean when I arrived. I was inconvenienced f 4pm to after 8pm waiting for the unit to be cleaned.
