Welcome to Reus Retreat!



Conveniently located in the Belmont DeVilliers neighborhood in downtown Pensacola, this new home is the perfect spot for your next visit to the area! This beautiful home is located just 4 blocks from Palafox St and only 1 block from some of the best food in town. Enjoy live blues and jazz several nights a week at the famous Five Sister's Blues Café a few feet away. This home is also very handicap accessible with a driveway ramp, wide doors, step in shower with seat, and ADA approved bathrooms. There are three off street parking spots and overflow parking on the street. Log into your any of your streaming services on any of the 3 smart TVs. Reus Retreat has all your needs covered so book your stay today!



Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a non refundable $50 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. We reserve the right to restrict size and/or quantities of dogs. Any dogs on the premises must be disclosed to management prior to your stay.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Reus house!! Would recommend it and return. Close to downtown core, safe, 4 blocks from a grocery/health food store. Home had everything a family with small ones would need from laundry machine to boogey boards:). Cannot wait to come back!

Great Property

This is a great place to stay in Pensacola. Only a walk or short drive to all the great sites while the location itself is peaceful. Very cool on the local Blues music history on the area.

Property was beautiful! I would say the kitchen could use a few more items especially large bowls, a measuring cup, corkscrew, and small baking pans. But we love to cook! Also more hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen! Otherwise a great place and we would definitely rent again!!

Great location!

We stayed here to see how we might like "living downtown", and it was great! Very quiet neighborhood (even over the New Year holiday weekend) and super close to Palafox. Our car didn't move the entire four days we were there. Home was super cute and just as described - perfect for me, the hubs and our dog.

Great location

We completely enjoyed our stay. Loved the location to town. This was just 4 houses down from five sisters blues restaurant that had great food. Also a wonderful Sunday brunch. We used the house as our home base for house hunting. The bed was comfortable there was plenty of room to unpack and live like it was our own home. Was nice to get a feel of what it would be like to live in downtown Pensacola

Picture Perfect Getaway

Despite the weather, my stay at Reus Retreat was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was close to I-110 and a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. I give this place a 10/10 and would recommend it to all of my friends, family and other VRBO users. Amazing little home that fit our needs perfectly! We were there to do some househunting for the area because it’s a beautiful area and this property hit all points. Everything that was described was just as it was. Great central location to everything! Kevin was a rockstar.

Very clean and hosts had starting amenities like shampoo, conditioner, make up wipes, and small bars of soap. 20 minute drive to UWF. Close to restaurants and down town. We felt safe in the neighborhood and would stay here again.

Clean and Updated with Amenities

Very clean and recently updated bungalow with nice amenities like coffee pods, waters, detergent and smart tvs in every room. The location is convenient to downtown and the beach. It's across the street from a sketchy park, but the street and the house are well lit. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Thank you for a great vacation!
