New and Modern Double En-Suite

Kick back and relax in this new and modern space. Perfect for two couples or a family to explore what Pensacola has to offer.

We've meticulously and thoroughly remodel this home with priority on quality and comfort. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. The back bedroom boasts its own private back porch while the front porch is large and open enough for the whole crew. You can enjoy coffee and/or evening refreshments while enjoying the Florida weather- rain or shine!

The spacious kitchen has ample counter space and an eat-in bar. In the back of the house, the laundry and mud room is perfect to stash all the traveling debris. An open yard affords plenty of parking for you and your guests (and a boat or two if you’d like!).

Natural light floods the home from sunrise to sunset while the updated HVAC system keeps you cool and comfortable. The front bedroom is darker (great for those who like to sleep in!) while the back bedroom get the early morning rays.

One block south is a great park for kids and dogs. By walking a few more blocks, you can get to restaurants, the local grocery store, a great nail salon, and water access (including a boat ramp!).

The home is in a peaceful, welcoming
neighborhood abundant in walkers and friendly hello’s. We welcome the opportunity to host you as friends and extended family!

A purpose designed Airb&b with 2 en suite bedrooms and a light and airy great room living space. Loaded with connected tech and thoughtful accessories that make your stay as easy as possible. We’ve stayed here at least 4 times and it’s obvious they take really good care of it. Convenient to everything! There’s a great little store(Apple Market) within walking distance!

This property exceeded our expectations and served us well for a 14 day holiday stay. The owner is responsive, and the house impresses with quality materials, appliances and fixtures. The bedding is comfortable, and the owner has included many thoughtful amenities. We will certainly consider a repeat stay here due to its proximity to family, and the above mentioned features.

Wedding Party

The property was very clean, almost new and had plenty of space. The whole process was very easy to handle. We were in Pensacola for a family wedding so it allowed us to have a place to stay along with our little dog. A hotel just would not work.

Thoughtfully Designed double suite

The owners of this property really did their thinking and put together the perfect arrangement for almost any group that might want to rent it. Each bedroom has its own very nicely appointed bathroom and a TV so it’s just like a hotel room then it has a really nice mudroom with brand new washer and dryer as you enter. The kitchen beyond is very nicely laid out and has everything you need for your stay. Beyond that is a very nice living area with a dining table and comfortable couch and a very large screen TV. The neighborhood is safe and up-and-coming and very well located for anywhere you would like to visit within the Pensacola Metro area. It even has shaded parking which is a real plus in the middle of the summer. This was our second stay and we’ve already booked our third. Oh, and I forgot they are pet friendly and we’ve had their our dogs there and they like it too.

Double En-Suite

The property appears to be brand new. We may have been the first guests. It’s a smartly renovated two two that is expertly designed to perform as the perfect rental with two master suites offering great flexibility for families or two couples. The smartness is everywhere starting with the rear entry mudroom and laundry area with modern washer and dryer ands bench with cubbies stocked with everything you need for the beach. From entry you walk into a spacious well appointed modern kitchen with enough room for all the guests and their friends to spread out and get comfortable. The living space beyond is equal y comfortable and well appointed with a L shaped couch and entertainment system for soaking up a good flick with the crew. Both bedrooms feature an oversized modern barn door that takes up half the wall exposing all, nothing or anything in between of the generously sized bathrooms. The hosts have clearly gone all in to make this a great rental property. It’s in a nice up and coming residential neighborhood very convenient to beaches, restaurants, and downtown Pensacola which is equally smart and current with trends. We felt that it was a really good value and will certainly be back for another visit soon. Also, it’s a super dog friendly house and neighborhood!!!
