We enjoyed every minute at this place. It was so clean and comfortable. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. We enjoyed x-country skiing and hiking on the property. We’d love to come back!

Relaxing Home

This home was great! Location was perfect, in the mountains but close enough to small towns and big city. The house has a great view from the back deck. Spent a lot of time on the deck, just relaxing and spending time with family.

Kim was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating to us and the wedding party. This was one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed at. It was furnished with all cookware we needed, plus all bath and shower supplies. It was perfect!!!

Excellent experience. Host allowed us an early and late check out. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 6-8 adults. Temperatures in Conifer were 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver during our stay.

The house was beautiful and the view was even better. One evening we counted over 20 elk out near the creek. Loved that it was fairly close to Denver, but felt rural when out on the deck.

Excellent!

Loved the house and location! Was perfect for a Thanksgiving stay for me and my family. Beds were very comfortable, great place for the dogs. We were close to town but felt like we were far because of the setting. The owner was very responsive when I needed help with something. The only thing missing was shades or curtains in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again in the warmer weather!

Lovely ranchette home

Kim is wonderful and her property is so beautiful. Her home is ADORABLE and she has everything there you need. If she doesn’t, she answers your questions readily and communicates very efficiently. A few hundred feet from the highway and about five minutes to a grocery store. Would stay here again. Thank you Kim and fam!

Lovely Home

The home was very clean, beds were comfy, and the views were spectacular. The fenced in back porch was great to enjoy, and safe for the kids to play in. It was a great home for our extended family to stay in for a local wedding. We were from out of state and the weather was warm, we were glad we did have a couple of fans to use. The property and the basic supplies were as described. I would have liked a few extra supplies ( trash bags, toilet paper), but we picked extras up at the nearby market. Overall a very lovely home.

Beautiful mountain home

4 bedroom home with a loft and excellent outdoor spaces. Our family really enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the firepit and relaxing after a long day of driving. There was a grill outside as well but we didn't use it. The views here are breathtaking especially hiking up the trail to the mountain top. The owner insured We had plenty of amenities, check in was a breeze, and we are already talking about going back!

Family Wedding

This was our first VRBO experience. We came to the area for a destination wedding with family members. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor amenities, but the home is great! Lots of space for gathering and options for quiet alone time too. The only thing that was tricky was getting used to the turn in to the frontage road from 285. A reflector or some small signage at the mailboxes would be helpful too. I would definitely recommend this property.

Host was wonderful…very responsive to all inquiries. Property was very comfortable. It was nicely equipped, clean and cozy. We would definitely consider renting again! Of note, the description says there are stairs to enter the property but all bedrooms are on the “main floor.” My mom can manage a few stairs but there are several to get into the property from the front and back. This made it challenging for her each time we had to come and go. Also, there are a few stairs to go down once in the door and then again, down to the “main level” where all the bedrooms are. Overall, we had a great stay! Thanks again to Kim for being so accommodating !

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving 2022… my wife and I, my parents, and our little pup Budino. The property was gorgeous and the owners very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The home was warm and cozy and big enough for all of us to relax with plenty of space. For us the location was perfect as it was just 15 minutes from my brother’s house in pine, but besides that it was very close to groceries, restaurants, and pet supplies as needed. Would very much recommend this home to anyone looking to get away in the peace and quiet of the mountains. A++++

Amazing property

This house was perfect. It has a very well-equipped kitchen. It was very quite despite being right on the highway. And the acreage out back is a hiker’s dream. The property was visited by a herd of elk one night and also some deer in the morning. The hike to the top if the mountain was great. It took about an hour to get to the top.

A beautiful mountain home away from home!

Our kids ages 3-8 absolutely loved this home. They felt at home, while still having fun “away from home!” The owners are kind, generous and helpful, and the home accommodated our sleeping needs perfectly (and we could have fit more!). We enjoyed s’mores and cards on the deck with the provided propane table and also easily grilled up family dinner. We loved having a trail right out our back door and also being able to roam the wide open “back yard” for kick ball, baseball, etc. It was easy to access from the main road, while still being peaceful enough when we were enjoying the mountainous view out our back door. I also loved being able to do laundry during our stay. Just all-around a fantastic stay, and I would recommend to anyone!

Heavenly!

Spectacular home and spectacular views! The hostess couldn't be nicer or more helpful and the steam shower was out of this world. The home is tricky to get to the first time so call ahead for directions - our gps did NOT work and sent us off on a wild goose chase. Once in the home, it is a piece of cake though. Can't wait to go back!
