(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo C302 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

The Beach House C402 - Wonderful views and comfortable setting.

The owners offer a wonderful condo that has amazing views of the ocean, beach and pool. The location is great! Just minutes from anything you would want to do while in Miramar or the Destin area. Highly recommend!! Jan will take care of you!!!

Awesome place

This is a wonderful unit! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an amazing time and loved the furniture, especially the table and chairs on the balcony. We will be back.

Perfect vacation spot

We loved our unit and will stay here anytime we’re in Destin. The location is perfect! It’s just outside of all the traffic but close enough to everything. The private beach with the beach service was the best party, and the view of course. Jan was also very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend to anyone.

Property was clean and comfortable. Check-in/check-out was simple. Location was convenient to grocery and restaurants. Beach service was good. Only complaint would be a lack of good lighting in kitchen (would recommend under-counter lighting and a light over the sink. Also, light over the stove did not work).

Great time!

We had the best vacation at Beach House Condos! Love that it is ocean front! Love there is a pool for kiddos! Beach not overly crowded like most in that area. Room was nice and clean and Jan made sure of it! The only complaint I had was the complimentary beach chair service. You had to get up at crack of dawn to get a chair, which was more frustrating than anything! We will definitely plan another trip here!

We stayed the months of January & February 2021. The condo had a beautiful gulf view, beds were comfortable and shutters in the bedrooms were nice to keep the morning sunlight out, although I enjoyed waking early to watch the beautiful sunrise. The living room sofa and recliners were also comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed our time at the beach! Jan, the property manager was very attentive and quick to respond.

Nice place, very clean, comfortable bed. Third floor was high enough to see the beach well. Was within beach walking distance of quite a few restaurants. Very Beachy feel. Jan stopped by to see how we were doing! We would return.

Beautiful place

This place was perfect for our family's short stay at the beach. We had friends staying close by and were able to walk down and meet them on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and there was a cute welcome bucket waiting for us when we arrived. We even just received a note in the mail thanking us for our stay. We got a great price (perhaps because it was off season). I'd go back in a heartbeat!

WOW! That was my first impression after entering this unit! The ocean view is stunning and is accented by the wonderful art tastefully displayed in the unit. As a hobby artist, I found myself studying the works--felt like I was in a art gallery! The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. For me, the best seat in the house is anywhere on the large lanai! It's literally right on the beach. You can see the large pool from the lanai--great if you have kids to keep track of--yet the unit remains very quiet. There are many fun things to do in this area but we found ourselves not wanting to leave the comforts and amenities this unit and the Beach House provided. It had everything to make for an amazing and memorable vacation. We will be back.

We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
