This remodeled, two-story, 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is conveniently
located within walking distance to The Village and Village Gondola. Enjoy
mountain modern decor while relaxing next to the pellet-stove, get comfy on
the large sectional and watch the large flatscreen smart TV. The kitchen has
been upgraded with stainless steel appliances (PLEASE NOTE: The condo does NOT
have a dishwasher). Dine just down the road in The Village, where you will
find plenty of restaurants, or stay in and use the private gas grill on the
balcony. The master bedroom sits on the main level with a King bed and access
to the full bathroom, with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV and access to the
balcony. The upstairs features a loft area as well as a second bedroom and
bathroom. The loft area has 3 Twin beds and large flatscreen TV while the
closed-off bedroom has a Queen and a day bed with 1 Twin+Trundle twin. Both
share the upstairs full bathroom with shower/tub. This two story, upper unit
offers all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay, in a
convenient location close to it all. The San Sierra community offers coin
operated laundry facilities on site, BBQ grills with outdoor seating area,
enclosed year-round hot tub, and sauna. All guests receive complimentary full
access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated
pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and
more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking
spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is
required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative
options. There are stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside, pet-friendly, and no

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing
1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a
