Get ready for a relaxing getaway at this beautiful five-bedroom/four-bathroom townhome located in the charming Championsgate community. The modern yet cozy décor will give you the comfort of home combined with the feeling of elegance. Walk into a spacious open living space, the living room is ample for the whole family to sit and enjoy a movie. The dining room table and breakfast bar perfectly seats plenty of guests. In the kitchen you will find all the latest appliances for your use throughout your stay. A full-size washer and dryer is at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Each room in the home is decorated in its own unique style and equipped with flat screen TVs. You will find a beautifully decorated bedroom on the featuring a queen bed, as well as a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom with two twin beds. Also you have the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath, and two more bedrooms with two twin beds each. Step out onto the patio and enjoy your own private swimming pool. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. Relax and soak up the sun, and feel free to use the BBQ grill for a nice cookout!

Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
