A one-bedroom condo in Holmes Beach with a kayak and paddleboard launch located in the northeast corner of the property — direct water access for guests who want to explore Anna Maria Sound without leaving the complex. Two heated pools, a tennis court, and an outdoor sitting area are also available within the community.

The unit sleeps six with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a sofa sleeper, and bunk beds — a practical configuration for a small family or mixed group staying a month or longer. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 5-minute walk. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby — a car is not needed for daily island life.

West Bay Cove 226 requires a 30-night minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Condo application required. Not pet-friendly.
