On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Perfect for the price!

Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our trip to Destin and have been to sandpiper cove before. We loved the location of 1089. Our overall stay and experience was great! The only thing that was an issue was the rental smelled of smoke and door had latch and code issues. Both of these were reported to the staff so hopefully they will take care of this for the future! We would stay there again☺️

Wonderful vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was pleasing, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and any utensil you needed. Bedroom rooms were big and beds comfortable. We were right next door to the pool(a plus). Needed a few cosmetic fixes, but nothing major. Overall we enjoyed our stay as usual.
