As you walk in the unit, you are welcomed by the high ceilings and beautifully designed engineered hardwood flooring. The kitchen features polish quartz countertops, Scavolini Italian cabinets, top of the line Bosch appliances, gas stove and more! The spacious bedroom connects through a walk-through closet and into your spa-inspired bathroom with a deep soaker tub; perfect for those quiet relaxing evenings. The unit also stays at a perfect temperature year-round thanks to the heating and cooling system in the unit. All the utilities such as the electricity ($50/monthly cap), gas, internet, heating and cooling systems are included with the rent. Residents will have access to the building’s great amenities such as the gym and a meeting room.

Great location! Beautiful neighbourhood

The property was just the way the photos showed. It is a quiet place, close to the 99 rapid bus which makes it easy to move around or to commute with the skytrain and go to places like Downtown or Burnaby. We had a nice time.
