This is an awesome place. The second time we have stayed here. A well stocked home. My family and I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of gear in the garage for a great beach vacation. The host is great, provides great ideas about what to do in Bethany and makes it easy to get into the condo. We have stayed in other places in the complex but this is the best.

Great Communication - Great Stay

Bill’s communication was perfect and the place was in good shape. The amenities at the clubhouse were clean and accessible. In very close proximity to a supermarket and places to eat/drink. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

Great stay in Ocean View, DE!

We rented this town house for two weeks this summer, and it was PERFECT! The location is great with an easy drive to the beaches, intown, and to restaurants. The house has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen, bikes, beach chairs, you name it. The house was spotless upon check in. It was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in, and Bill was easy to work with. I worked from the club house during the week. The wifi was great and I was able to take calls. The amenities are incredible - pool, sundeck, club house, tennis courts, kayak launch. I hope I can buy a home in this community one day! Thank you to Bill for a wonderful two weeks at the beach.

Fantastic Property

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bill’s house! The location, community, and every thoughtful detail in the home made our stay wonderful! The home is well laid out with multiple cozy seating areas and light-filled spaces for relaxing and/or remote work. The neighborhood is beautiful with great amenities and sidewalks and grassy areas for walking our dog. We look forward to visiting again!

Family Relaxation

Wasn't certain what to expect but we were more than happy when we arrived. The place was exactly as pictured in the listing. My husband and I have been taking a vacation with my BIL & SIL for the past 3 years just looking for the right place and I believe we have found it. My husband was able to go daily to the exercise room while my BIL did his laps in the outdoor pool. The house was well stocked with every utensil, bowls/plates, and pots and pans you could need. The proximity to everything was amazing (about 15-20 minute drive). We will definitely try to go back here again next year. One thing that we did notice was how quiet it is. If you are looking for that perfect place for your next family vacation, you should consider this home.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property manager was very responsive, the house was beautiful and the community clubhouse had two beautiful pools and a playroom for the kids. My puppy loved the nightly walks in the neighborhood as well. We would 100% return!

Spacious and stocked!

This townhome was perfect for our relaxing getaway. Beautifully decorated, very well stocked with supplies, and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was perfect! We were able to visit downtown Bethany, the state park beach, and the Fresh Pond nature trail. We took a quick trip to Dewey for some kayaking. Plenty of space for us and our teenagers to spread out and relax. They walked to the nearby ice cream shop every night!

Great place in a great complex!

This was our second time renting in Bayside at Bethany Lakes. The complex's offerings are great and the location near restaurants, beach, town and shopping are superb. This townhouse was even better than the previous one that we rented. It was clean and the set-up was excellent with multiple seating locations that enabled the adults and our teenagers to relax and watch separate programs. The beach supplies were over the top and the kitchen had every utensil needed. Bill's communications prior to our arrival were excellent and his recommendations about the area were helpful. The dog bowl was a nice touch and appreciated by our furry friend. An excellent place to stay with an excellent host!

Wonderful Getaway

My family had a wonderful getaway at this lovely townhouse and community in Ocean View DE. It was very clean and the kitchen heals well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfortable . The living rooms were very comfortable for relaxing and watching TV. The garage had many accessories needed for the beach plus 4 bikes. It was very close to restaurants and the grocery store and about a 10 minute drive to the beach and the boardwalk. The community facilities including the gym and outdoor pool were excellent and the people at the front desk were very friendly . Bill North, the owner, was personable and attentive to our several questions by phone and text . Thank you for a wonderful stay Bill. We look forward to coming back again in the future.

All the comforts of home

This rental is by far was such a pleasant experience. I cannot say enough about the little details that were taken care of to make our stay Wonderful. And of course, the bonus activities (the bikes, beach items/games) were over and above what I have seen at other rentals. Communications in preparation of our stay and throughout were so nice. Bill was quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. He also sent reminders at the perfect time prior to arrival and checking out. It almost felt like staying at a relative's home, they really did think of everything. If I were to book this place again, I would probably spring for the extra days because there is so much in the community and nearby to do. I can't thank you enough for a Wonderful time!

End of summer getaway

My husband and I had a really nice time at this townhouse again this month. We had stayed here with our kids in early June and enjoyed this home and community so much, that we decided to come back !The townhouse is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a vacation, from items for the beach and outdoor outings in the garage including beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The kitchen is well equipped with fabulous spices and condiments needed for cooking, as well as utensils, pots and pans, dishes and glassware .The bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds and comforters . The place was very clean .We enjoyed using the gym, indoor / outdoor pool in the community and people working there are very friendly.We visited several restaurants that Bill North suggested to us . These included: Big Fish, the Yellow Fin and Pomodoro Pizza. They were all excellent with great service .The townhouse is centrally located a d blues to Bethany Beach, restaurants, boardwalk and hiking trails. It’s a nice community to take walks in too. We highly recommend this home. We look forward to returning in 2025.😀 Bill North, the owner was nice to interact with .

Fun and Relaxation

This house was the cleanest I’ve seen in 10 years of beach rentals at Bethany! We didn’t end up getting our usual rental due to our schedule/timing this year but fortunately, we came across this property. It was spacious, had all the amenities, located less than 10 min from the beach and provided everything needed for fun and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything! Also, no need to pack beach necessities when heading to Bethany, this rental provides everything for you, nicely situated in the garage. This rental also had bikes, which my boy’s rode everyday and we even took a ride to the beach a few times as well. Spacious, clean, decorated nicely, all amenities available, proximity to beach and restaurants, fully loaded rental, and the best part…the host is responsive and makes checking in and out a breeze. He also gives you the complete rundown of what is happening in Bethany and where to find the best food. Honestly, we had one of the best experiences in Bethany this year due to having everything provided when we arrived. Stress free, not over-packed, allowed us to have a fun and relaxing vacation from beginning to end! We all can’t wait to get back next year! Thank you!

Bayside at Bethany Lakes

The townhome was fabulous and we will definitely book it again. Bill is a great host And had EVERYTHING we needed -even had A dog bowl for our Danny. We could have taken our clothes and that would have been all we needed. The beach supplies were great and so appreciated. Quick 5 minute trip to the beach and convenient to everything. Thanks again Bill. Our stay was awesome and thanks to reaching out after our stay.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our vacation week was wonderful! The townhouse is truly a gem in pristine condition and well stocked ~ from the beautiful kitchen, to the pup supplies, and all the beach items you need to enjoy a fun day at the beach. Great little dog friendly community to walk around in with magnificent sunset views on the bay. Perfect location with easy access to both bay /ocean and close to trails, shopping, and restaurants. Bill was a very gracious and helpful host. Hassle-free check in and check out. I highly recommend! Thank you Bill and Donna for a perfect week❤️

Fantastic Stay

This property was in fantastic location as we were looking to be close to the Bethany beaches. The development had wonderful amenities and the unit was easy to find. The inside was new and beautiful, sunny, bright and clean. Plenty of sleeping space and more importantly lots of space for people to spread out so they weren't on top of each other. The host was exceedingly responsive not only with logistics but recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The communication from the property management team was clear and timely. They allowed dogs which was also fantastic ! Couldn't recommend it more!!

Grey stay

Our stay was fantastic. Anything you could have needed was there. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas but really didn’t need to. Plenty of beach necessities in the garage. Lots of nice touches - plenty of charging stations, hand soaps at the sinks and lots of blankets. The decor was very nice and and house was clean. Owner was quick to respond to our questions.

Great spot for Bethany Beach visit

We had a lot of fun here! Huge property and great clubhouse. Lots of pool supplies and furniture was in great shape. A little bit tough to find our unit number and entry codes on the VRBO platform but they answered the phone right away to help us through.
