The entire house space is shared with others
It's a split level house with every room being rented out on both floors to different people at the same time. If you get a room on the main floor, you get a key to the front door, you share the real kitchen and dining table as well as living room with other people (no TV in the main floor living room)
If you get a room in the basement, you get a door code to enter a rear entrance to the basement. You share the basement living room (that has a TV), no real kitchen, and smaller bathroom with others.
All individual rooms have doors that lock with keys provided.
The problem is there is no physical separation between the main floor and basement. And the picture of the room you see is not necessarily the room you will get. You may be waiting to use the bathroom as they may be occupied by other people.
There was air conditioning on the main floor open area only. Our room was hot since we always had the door closed for privacy, but the window opened and a fan was provided.
This listing should be listed and treated more like a bed and make your own breakfast before you leave. Privacy is limited to just your room
My wife and I stayed for two nights. It was ok.
