Summary:
Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment situated at the south area of Cozumel Island.  This property is inside Palmar Condos, a modern complex with great amenities including tennis court, pool, hot tube, gym, club house, kids area and security.

The Space:
Situated on the 1st floor of this impressive 8-story building, the apartment features a spacious terrace that opens up to the lush green gardens of the complex. The three generous bedrooms ensure ample space for your comfort.

The main bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, is a private retreat with a King Size bed, TV, and a full bathroom complete with a relaxing jacuzzi. The second room offers a Queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a small terrace overlooking the tennis court. The third room is equipped with one individual bed and one matrimonial bed, along with a full bathroom and TV.

The open-concept design of the kitchen, living room, and dining room creates a welcoming and expansive atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, blender, and toaster. The dining area accommodates 8 people, while the comfortable living room features a large screen for your entertainment needs.

Step outside onto the terrace to discover an outdoor haven, complete with a BBQ grill, exterior living room, and a spacious dining area – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the splendid weather.

Your security is our priority, with 24-hour guards ensuring the safety of the common areas. Experience the epitome of island living at Palmar Condos, where luxury and comfort meet to create a truly unforgettable stay.

We've stayed at Palmar several times before, great location and facilities. The Oxxo at street level is very convenient. First time in this condo and had everything we needed. Took a little bit to figure out the higher tech lighting and projector (via the tablet) but not too bad. Tip on that, it sometimes prompts for password or PIN on some of the apps, just back out and try again (takes it on 2nd of 3rd try). Suggestion I gave them was to have a water dispenser for the 5 gallon jug to make it easier. Overall, great condo to stay in and we really enjoyed it. We'll be back....

Dive trip to Cozumel

This place was perfect and roomy for our 4 night stay. We chose this complex as it is right across the street from diving centers which was the purpose of our trip. We ate out so can't really comment on kitchen stocking or bbq on patio. However if you are planning a dive trip it's a really nice place to stay. Comfortable beds and AC and room to spread out.

Family stay at Palmar condos.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this condo. It fully accommodate all 6 of us. Absolutely loved hanging by the pool. To be honest we didn’t spend much time in the condo as we were out all day long every day. Communication with the rental manager was excellent. We encountered some issues with not having hot water and one particular toilet that would not fully flush but they were addressed within reasonable time. Only negative things were that the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable. As well, there were a few areas in the condo where dust had built up. Like on the ceiling fans and above the blinds. It was a fairly expensive rental fee so we would expect it to be spotless and pristine. Otherwise the rest of the unit was very clean and well maintained.

The complex had a wonderful pool and jacuzzi and the staff were helpful and nice. The unit had good amenities, though there was not a clothes dryer (if this is important to you).

Comfortable and spacious

The property grounds and swimming pool were well maintained. The location was convenient and felt safe. The condo was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities for our family of 5 to be comfortable. Water pressure was fine. Kitchen supplies were of good quality. AC worked very well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. One small drawback was not having a clothes dryer but no big deal and there was a designated place for hang drying clothes. The owner was friendly and very responsive to questions or issues. We enjoyed our trip and would love to stay here again. Thanks!

Easy, comfortable and great communication.

The accommodations pretty much look exactly what is shown in the pictures. The management company was very responsive when we had a couple of issues that arose and took care of them very fast!

Very nice place to stay

Firstly the host was very professional and accommodating. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and large. The grounds/pool area are very nice. Security and parking were great. Security was always on site and we were able to park within a few feet of our condo entrance which is a luxury for unloading and loading. I highly recommend trying this property.

Fantastic condo in the perfect location

The ideal 3 bedroom condo. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and shower and is totally private. Awesome pool and amenities. The palace is. huge. The outside sitting area is where we spent all our time. Fully equipped kitchen and big grocery store only five minutes away made it ideal for making homemade meals. Can’t say enough. Absolutely loved the place. On top of that I had great communication with the property manager right through the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Cozumel with friends and not stay at an all inclusive.
