Great Location

Cottage is comfortable and clean. Kitchen & bathroom have been recently renovated. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and there were plenty of paper goods as well. Cottage is located close to major roadways. Plenty of grocery stores and places to eat were also close so getting around was easy. The only reason I did not give this property 5 stars is it really needs black out curtains in the bedrooms and some type of window coverings in the kitchen. It could use some curb appeal but that would not stop us from staying there again.

Family trip

Loved it! Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The listing had mentioned a grill, and I asked if maybe it was in the locked basement. The manager said it was a misprint in the description, and overnighted a grill and a couple of chairs to sit in outside. It was definitely above and beyond! We enjoyed sitting outside and having coffee in the morning. I will definitely book again!

Each room had a special touch added.

This home appears to have had a major upgrade to the entire interior. It is as cute as can be. Exterior is dated but please don’t judge this home by its exterior. The walk-in shower is a plus as were the plush towels and linens. The home is well stocked with all essentials. WI-FI works well and the LR has a Smart TV. It was a joy to stay here and are sad to be leaving this morning. Great place, extremely reasonable cost for a place minutes from Asheville,NC

The property was easy access to all the places we planned to visit during our stay. The check in process was easy , and the host for the site was easy to reach and communicate with. All ammenities we needed were provided and home was clean.

Very nice

Me and my husband came to have a quiet weekend away from every day life. It was very cozy and you can clearly see they have put time into making this a nice place to stay.

tidy and cute cottage

perfectly quaint, very clean. Perfect for 2-3 people. Only downfall is the place has zero pots and pans, so you can't cook. Other than that- it's wonderful.

Great Family Time

Overall wonderful trip with plenty of room for us to spread out instead of being cramped up in a hotel room. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Thank you for an awesome get away!

Central to all our planned trips & more! Nice parks, mountain hiking and tours. Quiet neighborhood even the occasional train was great to hear nearby, just watch out for falling acorns🐿️ Host even did a last minute warm jester to welcome us in! Thanks!!

NO HVAC / Central Air

The home was very nice but uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. Most especially for my mom who has asthma, COPD and uses Oxygen at night. There is no working HVAC and we were instructed by the person of contact to run the available window unit that is in a living room window and turn on all ceiling fans. this means that you have to keep all bedroom doors open at night (no privacy). i was told that it would cool as the nighttime temperature outside dropped but it didn’t cool down enough to be able to close the bedroom doors or turn off the fans. in addition to being warm i was kept awake by the oxygen machine running in the other room. Also, i didn’t notice until we got there but one bed doesn’t have a frame, it’s just on the floor. so i assume that was why that bed was horribly uncomfortable. All in all , i probably wouldn’t have booked this stay if the listed had been clear about the lack of HVAC / central air.

Great, cozy, clean little house.

House was very clean and cozy. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated, right up the Street from Rocky’s Hot Chicken (which is also amazing). Fully enjoyed our stay, the beds were fantastic, the bunk bed in the second room would be great for kids. Thank you for a clean, safe stay!

Went to Ashville with my wife and brother for a concert. Enjoyed the stay. Nice neighborhood very close to grocery stores and stuff. Lake Jullian park was cool too right up the road.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

We arrived at the house a little over 30 minutes early and had to contact the property manager to get in. They contacted the owner, who quickly reset the key code. We were very pleased with the inside of the property, which was well appointed and very clean. The outside was not as well kept, which concerned us until we got inside. This appears to be a fairly new property and we assume that the interior took precedence. A few suggestions for the property owner/manager would include outdoor seating on the patio, and better attention to the yard. Overall though, it was a lovely stay.

Finally a good one!

Reserved this rental in February. From beginning to end, everything went as it should have gone. Everything from the price, location, depiction, check in, and communication with the property manager from beginning to check out was great! Pictures are accurate and it’s a really great location. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to anyone having any business or seeking a cozy vacation spot for any amount of time. It’s well stocked, the appliances are new and I’m great shape, and it’s well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. I could go on and on, but I’m hoping by now, you’re able to get the picture I’m painting.

Couldn’t ask for better

Check in process was simple. We could have checked in a half hour early. Very accurate description and depiction. Well stocked, very clean, and minutes away from Asheville itself, as well multiple beautiful locations. No issues with shady individuals, pet friendly, and comfortable. Definitely recommend!!
