Our happy place is newly listed with new decor, furnishings and all new appliances.

The space
Our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with multiple living spaces is an ideal place to stay, relax, entertain and enjoy the company of family and friends in the beautiful picturesque seaside town of Kiama. Unwind relax and take in the view from the open plan living space which opens onto a balcony with ocean views and sea breeze.

The outdoor entertaining area has a spacious deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

A games room to play and entertain with a large 55" smart TV, Wii console, Table Tennis Table (with all accessories), Board games (Adults and Children), a Sofa Bed that folds out to sleep 2. This is a great space for entertaining or for getting away on your own for some quiet time.

A full equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge with filtered water, Nespresso POD coffee machine, stove top, oven, Delonghi toaster and kettle.

The main bedroom has a comfy queen bed, ensuite with built-in robe , air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with built-in robe and ceiling fan

Bedroom 3 has a large King single bunk beds that will sleep 2 x adults comfortably

Main Bathroom has a shower and corner SPA, lock the door, light the candles, put on your favourite music, kick back and relax and unwind.

Bathroom 3 is located downstairs off the living areas.

The home has air conditioning, unlimited speedy WIFI, space for 2 cars on the driveway and street parking.

Guest access
Front door access with parking in driveway. Guests will have the entire house to yourselves. Guest will be notified the night prior to check-in with the access code to the lock box and location.

Other things to note
Stairs: Please note that the property is a tri-level home with a number of stairs leading to each level and may note be suitable for people with mobility issues.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Garbage: Please place garbage and recycling in the otto bins outside, on departure.
