Beautiful condo! In a great location….good view of the beach and the pay to park parking lot…nice for people watching. We loved the tiki bar at the Carolina beach pier.

Wonderful Condo!

My Fiancé and I enjoyed our 5 day stay here! Just a short walking distance from the beach and right next to the drive on part of the beach! Perfect location with an ocean view! Amy was great! Sent a detailed text concerning the condo and even giving us tips on places to go and eat at! Definitely recommend this adorable condo! Will definitely be coming back here!

Excellent Stay

Very clean and such a nice spot for a getaway with everything you could need. Location is great for walking to the beach and the pier across the street has decent food for a quick bite. You really can't go wrong. Easily 5 stars in my book. Thanks for such a great experience!

Little getaway

Perfect!

The location was amazing and being able to hear the waves from our little deck just added the perfect touch! The condo was cheery and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Already making plans for next year's visit!!! The hosts were incredibly helpful and very accommodating since our daughter's graduation time was changed...no stress at all! Thankyou!

Great rental property in a fabulous location!

My daughter and I stayed here and we were bonkers about the fact that you can see the ocean from the front porch! The pool is very nice and the condo was very clean. I was disappointed to find that Carolina Beach has put up paid parking virtually everywhere and it's VERY $; that put a big damper on our trip, and I probably would not go back for that reason. BUT, if you want to go to the beach and relax this is a wonderful place to do it. The owners were terrific and very helpful.

We loved the availability to the beach and the quietness of the community . The condo was so so not worth the price for three day stay. If you do book this place bring toilet paper, paper towels , cookware and dishwasher soap of yeah and trash bags because you will only get 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher soap that you will need to use when you check out, 1/2 roll of toilet paper 1/2 roll of paper towels and horrible cook wear. Most worn out pots and pans that look like they came from a goodwill store or a yard sale at best.

From the owner: Hi Karen, we are glad you enjoyed the location and community. We feel the price is more than fair and are sorry you feel this way. - It is mentioned in the listing that we offer a "small starter package of paper towels and toilet paper", this is 1.5 rolls of each and for most guests is sufficient. - All of the cookware is in good shape and is less than 2 years old they do not get used constantly but are replaced as needed. 2 of them are brand new as we purchased in May of this year. - We are available for the needs of our guests and we did not hear from you with any issues or complaints until after you left the property. We did contact you to ask about the parking passes that we could not find because there is a fee to replace them. You were not charged for the missing items and then chose to give us a negative review. We work very hard to provide our guests with a clean and comfortable place to stay and have been lucky to have numerous guests who have enjoyed their stay with us. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Location, Location, Location

Enjoyed the LOCATION! Across the street from ocean. View of sunsets and sunrises were there! Cocktail hour on the front deck along with getting sun earlier in the day. No need to get into car unless heading into town. Coffee shop in walking distance with breakfast foods. The condo was good. It had a great breeze through the condo. One bedroom and a pullout in couch. Owners said getting a new mattress but that didn’t help us. Uncomfortable. If you want to chill and not be among the busiest of areas this is the place to be. Quiet, except when construction going on. They stopped early evening.

Owner's response: "Diane, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. - Thank you for your feedback and for mentioning all of the positives with the property. We feel it's the perfect location too! - We're sorry that the mattress for the pull-out had not been replaced yet, it was a work in progress and has been taken care of. We try to get everything done between guests but sometimes we run out of time, or apologies. - As for the construction, it's something that is out of our control, we have reached out to the HOA and received a basic schedule and updated our pre-stay emails so that our guests know what to expect when they get here. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
