Spacious 3 Bedroom home near Sporting Facilities, Lake, Shops & Grammar

Located in a nice quiet street in inner Wendouree.

There are 3 generous sized bedrooms. All 3 have a solid queen size beds with quality brand name mattresses .

Sleeps 6 however there is a single bed mattress in the third bedroom giving the option to sleep 7.

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and 2 high efficiency gas heaters

Kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking.

There is a coffee machine also but at this stage i don't know anything about it so byo coffee until i get it sussed out.

Fully equipped laundry.

Carport\off street parking for 3 cars

There is a major shopping complex only a few minutes walk or local shops just around the corner.

Short drive to Lake Wendouree, sporting complexes, etc

Very nice and home feeling kitchen definitely needs a upgrade but overall very good Tonys communication is 100% never waited longer then 5 minutes for a reply and always helped when required

A lovely place to stay with all the creature comforts we could have asked for. The property is hosted by the exceptional Tony, who checked in with us after arrival to make sure we were happy and see if we needed anything, and better yet, was only too happy to oblige and help out where he could when we did ask for a favour. Lots of landmarks and sights to see so close by, and plenty of shops and other amenities around within only minutes of the property. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay again!! Thanks so much Tony!!

Ferienhaus Ballarat

Ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Ferienhaus hat viel Platz für 6 Personen. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche ist schon etwas älter und hat keine Spülmaschine. Das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört. Wir haben uns 15 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus empfehlen.

This property is a hidden gem for those needing a larger space with easy access and central location. The house was scrupulously clean and all fixtures and fittings in excellent repair. It is an older house, however has excellent heating and airconditioning (which we discovered are both needed some days in Ballarat) and has everything you need for a great stay. Tony was such a hospitable host. We required somewhere for my son to change earlier in the day than checkin - not only did he allow us to enter the property early, but had the place cleaned and opened quickly with a tour of amenities and contact if anything was required (nothing was). The things that made the stay extra easy - fully stocked laundry with washer and dryer, extra linens and blankets, plenty of kitchen amenities, a pod coffee machine!! The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which is handy at times. We will definitely be back - one of our most enjoyable stays.
