The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, beautiful foliage and dune views, and sliding door access to the deck. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The primary bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination, and is accessible from both the primary bedroom and the hall.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and offers seating for four.

The villa’s deck is perfect for lounging and enjoying your morning coffee while also providing easy boardwalk access to the beach.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
