House+Casita North of Santa Teresa - Close to Beach - Sleeps 8

Our property offers both a main house and casita. Two separate buildings on the property just steps away from each other and sleeps 8.

The main house offers high speed internet, two large air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds, lots of clothing storage space, large master en-suite bathroom and a second full bathroom. The fully equipped open concept kitchen and living room look out on to the infinity pool and large deck area with a nice little peek at the coastal ocean.

The outdoor space is equipped with a propane gas BBQ cooking area and plenty of shaded seating space to hear and see the wonderful wildlife, enjoy pool time after fun days of adventure and great meals with family and friends. Elevate your at home dining experience with a private chef. We would be happy to arrange for you!

There is a second smaller house on the property we call the 'Casita' just a few steps away from the main house with high speed internet. It is air-conditioned with a large deck, queen bed, set of bunk beds, lots of clothing storage space, and full bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a mid-size fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and electric cook pan. The two head outdoor shower is a great way to cool and clean off when returning from the beach and is accessible from the main house as well. The patio is completely enclosed with a gate for the safety of busy toddlers or if you have a pet and do not want them out of sight. The casita patio also has a nice sunset view!

The villa offers a peaceful oasis to nature out of the busy town of Santa Teresa which is just a 15-minute drive away. You will wake up to the sounds of the jungle and be prepared to be amazed with all the wildlife Costa Rica has to offer!

The fully fenced and secure house is situated between Manzanillo and Hermosa. Manzanillo beach is a quick 2-minute drive or a .50KM walk to the most calm, quiet, and sandy beach. Hermosa beach is a short 5-minute drive to the best surfing in Costa Rica and plenty of restaurants. The bustling town of Santa Teresa is a 15-minute drive stocked full of restaurants and shops.

A car (4x4) or ATV will be required to get around. We are happy to arrange an ATV (2 or 4 or 5 seater) for you upon booking or arrival. Cars can be rented at the airport, in Cobano or in Santa Teresa with either Alamo or Budget.

Agustina, our house concierge is ready and waiting to book any excursions you would like to do and answer all the questions you may have. Activities include surfing, morning or sunset horseback riding, zip lining, boat tours and much more. We can also arrange massages and yoga at the property.

Both houses make the property perfect for privacy of a large family, two families or a group of friends to share a wonderful vacation. We look forward to hosting you!
