**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

At iTrip North Myrtle Beach, we help make the most of your vacation when you stay with us by providing FREE admission to Azalea Sands Golf Club, Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show, Ripley's Aquarium and the Barefoot Queen Riverboat Dinner Cruise (excluding January). For stays that begin May 1 - Sept 30, also included are the Dolphin Adventure Cruise, Shark Wake Park: Obstacle Island, Broadway Grand Prix, and Myrtle Waves (Memorial Day - Labor Day)! With two traditional bedrooms and a loft-style third bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase, there’s plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoy a bright, open layout, comfy furnishings, and the bonus of being dog-friendly—so your pup can come too (see below info regarding the fee)! Located in a gated resort community just minutes from the beach, shopping, and dining. Relax, explore, and feel right at home!

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Best Place To Stay

We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach area each Thanksgiving week for over 20 years and the place we used to stay at no longer will allow fur family members. Thank you so much for this wonderful Condo! Beautiful area, clean and easy to find. Kitchen fully equipped as well as each bedroom, bathroom and the loft. Everyone we met from the Security on went out of their way to help. We had trouble with the TV and someone came right away to help. We highly recommend Kingston Plantation to anyone looking for a place to stay no matter what time of the year. Five Stars isn't enough. We hope to put a reservation in for Thanksgiving week 2026.

It was perfect getaway for us. Close to the beach and private pool a few feet away. Also we had someone forget their AirPods and watch and they were amazing in keeping in touch and locating them. Taking them to trip headquarters and having them mailed out. Arrived in 3 days. Customer service was great

It's wonderful to find a dog friendly condo in the Kingston. The main level was very nice, more than adequate supplies in the kitchen. The floor plan is a little difficult because of all the stairs. The check in process is not ideal. You must go to their office to get physical keys, yet there is a keypad right on the door. I don't understand the need for physical keys for the door that can be lost and then you have to be charged for them. A key pad would have been a lot easier. And you also have to drop them off when you leave. Overall, it was a nice property. We would stay there again because it's dog friendly. Would recommend to others who want to bring their pets.

First time

This was our first time going on vacation with extended family so we opted for a VRBO. iTrip was easy to work with, they gave us some promotional coupons for booking to take the kids to do fun things while we were in town. The condo itself is in a superb location- it took us 10 minutes(ish) to walk to the beach, less than 2 to get to the pool. The pool was never busy.The condo was great, albeit the loft “room” got very warm but a fan was provided and made it comfortable for sleeping. The only problem we had were ants in the kitchen and bedroom but found spray under the sink to handle that. We loved the place and are already making plans to return next year!!

Comfortable and Convenient

Stayed here for a conference where the host hotel was not pet friendly. This rental was close by and pet friendly. Very nice and quiet.

Very Happy

I was very happy with the rental office. It was so easy to check in/out. We had an issue with the lock and they sent someone over within 30 minutes and it was fixed. The unit was very clean. I have no complaints, will come back again soon.

Great place!

We have stayed at Kingston Plantation and usually stay on the ocean in one of the condos. We brought our dogs with us and wanted something a little more remote. This place is perfect for the pups….walk right off the back patio for the pups to do their business. No waiting on luggage carts to take your belongings up several floors. We rented a golf cart and had great parking / access to the beach between the South and North Hampton buildings. We definitely recommend!

3 night stay

Kingston Plantation is our new favorite North Myrtle location. It was convenient to all sorts of food and activities. The condo was in a bit of disrepair, and there was a strong smell of body odor that met us when we opened the door. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything our family needed for meals. Layout of the condo made the upstairs ‘bedroom (loft)’ hot and the downstairs rooms cold, but considering it was July in the south, we were glad for working AC. Overall, enjoyed our trip and would consider staying there again.

Overall everything was good. There were a few minor concerns, but they were handled very quickly. I appreciate the efficiency of the communication process and the speedy responses that I received. I would recommend this property and possibly return in the future.

Kingston Condo

The condo was a split level with lots of stairs so if you dont like stairs this isnt your ideal place. It was clean but the second bedroom and loft were very small with little space to move around and no luggage racks to put your bags. We were there at Thanksgiving for big family reunion and there were bare minimum kitchenware so be mindful of that. The Kingston Plantation is very nice and the walk to the beach was short. It wasnt crowded but it would be crazy if it were summertime. LOVED the guards at the security gate! One of them sang to us. It was a pleasant greeting. We only stayed here b/c we had a dog w/us otherwise we would not have experienced Kingston with its pretty Christmas decorations.

Grand time at the Grand Stand

We have a very nice quiet vacation. Played 7 gmes of golf around Myrtle arranged on our own. We enjoyed to closeness to the beach. Evening sunsets we amazing! Morning sun on our upper deck. Sadly the heater was not working when we arrived. It was taken care of quickly by the people at itrip. A faulty wire or something. The doors and windows and bathrooms will need attention some day. But we managed with sticky sliding doors and low water pressure. I need to mention that there was 1 unfortunate situation. Oven cleaner was left un washed out of the stove. This became apparent to us after already cooked Christmas dinner and a couple of pizzas three days into our trip. It was eventually cleaned properly and apologies we made. However, who knows what the long term damage may have been done having a toxic few dinners. Why use oven clean of you forget to wipe it out! That was bad error in our families opinion. We still enjoyed out time and enjoyed the house. Thanks itrip for doing your best for us.

Place was great, check in process and management company not so much

We've been coming to Kingston Plantation for the past 8 years and we love this place. The condo was great, clean, close to pool and beach.I have no negatives at all about the place itself. The company that manages the property (iTrip), well that experience was very interesting to put it nice. Up to the point where I arrived to the office for check in all the conversations via email were very pleasant and they were very responsive. Check in is 4PM and I asked via email if they can accommodate an earlier check in and I was told via email that it might be difficult to do so because someone was checking out that same day but they will let me know if the place was going to be available earlier. I arrived at the office at 3:35 for check-in and the lady at the front desk said the place wasnt ready. I then asked if we can star the checkin paperwork and by the time we get all the thing straitened out and I drive to the condo which is ~10min away it should be close to 4PM. She then got really angry and told me that if I read my email it states that check in is not till 4. I then told her that I did read my email and that I am only a few minutes early and again by the time I drive to the property it will be 4. I asked to talk to a manager and that's when things escalated quickly and she kicked me out of the office. I was shocked, I first thought it was a joke. I understand we all have bad days but things could have been handled differently.

Thank you for a great week. Kitchen beautiful & equipped well. Could use a few upgrades with original kitchen table & end tables in unit. Poor lighting in main area - over table & sitting area. Big screen TV would have been nice. Bedrooms were nice. Master bath bath tub needs updated appears to be original as well. We needed to contact the Maintenance after hours and they were excellent, prompt, and helpful. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Big
