Quiet buillding in lovely wooded setting. Close to grocery store. No issues with access and communication.

Excellent stay

I would highly recommend the property, it was spotlessly clean and well provided. There is a 24 hour gate guard and the neighborhood is quiet. You are only a few miles from several restaurants and a grocery store. I will definitely book again when I come back to Jacksonville.

Excellent stay

This is the second time I have used this apartment. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped if you feel like cooking but there are also excellent dine in/ take out options nearby. I will definitely use again in my next trip.

Quiet and comfortable…

This is the perfect place for a couple to getaway. The place had just been remodeled and everything is brand new. My wife and I will look to stay here whenever we head down to Florida since it’s very close to family and the owners are very easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend!

Hidden gem!

This was the perfect place for me! It is tucked into a beautiful wooded community and was the perfect location. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was very nicely decorated and well stocked with necessities. Beautiful balcony, I sat and watched the deer and squirrels.

Other than issues getting checked in and needs towel rack in bathroom close to the bathtub everything was great. Good location for us.

The hosts are great to work with. We encountered a very small issue with our first unit on the first night, so the hosts moved us to their other unit and comped us an additional night. That allowed us to get all of our work done on our boat for launch!!

We love the location. It was centrally located within 10 minutes to both my sons and family and I know all the places around because my families in Middleburg and I come down once or twice a year. I would love to stay here again. The only complaint I had was getting in and out of the gate there showing drivers license asking address what apartment number they should just give us a guest pass which they did and they put it in the window and they still want the drivers license go through the guest list check our IDs it’s a PIA.

Hi Michelle, Thanks so much for staying with us — we’re really glad you enjoyed our place. Just to clarify about the gate: we are in a gated community, and they’re pretty strict when it comes to security. In the past, guest passes have been shared with people they weren’t intended for, so now they require a driver’s license check at the gate. That rule applies to us too. We totally understand how that can feel a bit frustrating, but it’s one of the ways the community works to keep everyone safe. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback.
