The condo itself is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The issue I have was there was construction going on on all buildings, and it was NOT mentioned in the listing. This has nothing to do with the host but the property management company. Again the condo was perfect and I would stay there again, without construction every day from 9 to 5.

Tradewinds #26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very family oriented with not much crowding within the property. Very close to the beach and other stores and food establishment. There are minor things not working inside the unit (garbage disposal by the sink and the air vent over the stove) but we get by.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. Unit was clean, however, there was some mold/fungus growing along the wall in the bedroom which was a little nasty. It actually grew during our stay but we didn’t want to touch it. We were short some bedding for the pullout and towels, but it was taken care of quickly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Something “growing” in bedroom near the ceiling by the sliding glass door—husband said may be terrmite damage or some kind of mold. Very loud stomping above us at 1:45 AM and 5 AM. Might have been cleaning crew? Someone above balcony swept above us during coffee time.

Well short of expectations

We had some issues with this rental. I will try my best to describe the pros and cons: PROS - Location is great. Across the street from the public access beach and Pompano Joe's. The decor was pleasant and there was enough seating inside for 3 of us to spread out. CONS - When we arrived, there was a very strong odor of stagnant mildew. It was also 82 degrees inside. The AC wasn't on, so it became very humid inside and that likely was a contributor. We checked in at about 4pm and it took 3 hours for the to get the temperature down to 73. We cooked breakfast the next morning and noticed the exhaust fan made a loud humming noise but did not work. All but one of the fry pans was warped on the bottom. Since the condo has a solid surface stovetop, the pans only touched on the center of the bottom, making it difficult to cook things evenly. They only provided 2 packets of dish detergent, 2 packets of laundry soap, and 2 medium trash bags. We stayed for 4 nights, so that was clearly not enough. Another thing that you need to bring is SALT and PEPPER. I understand food items with Covid and all, however they could have at least purchased some salt/pepper packets for guests to use. Also there is no oil or sprays of any kind. The pull lever in the shower that routes the water from the bath spout to the shower head did not work right, making part of the water come out the spout and part come out the shower head, so water pressure was poor. The PVC chairs/table on the patio were dingy and had mildew/soil on them in areas. The toilet was actively leaking at the bottom and wobbled slightly when seated. The beds were VERY firm. I tried the foldout bed and it was worse. So I slept on the couch. Maintenance came out and fixed the toilet, but couldn't fix the shower or exhaust fan. Seemed frustrated and burdened by my call. We really tried to like this place. The reviews were glowing. No one mentioned anything that we experienced, so this will likely be a shock to the owner.

Thank you, Jeff, for your feedback. Your reported issues were handled but unfortunately, parts needed had to be ordered. We are happy to hear your appreciation of the location, space and decor.. We do provide starter packs for guests as stated in all descriptions of the property. That way you are free to purchase your favorite brands. Again, thank you for your feedback! 1st vacation in 2 years thanks to Covid 🤷🏼‍♂️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the Explorie benefit program was great ... free golf everyday ❤️ Easy walk to Pompano Joe’s and the beach all the appliances worked, the washer and dryer were great too,it was worth the money 😎 that being said the front door lock didn’t work (deadbolt worked) the sliding door in the bedroom didn’t lock, the tile floors were dirty (spill spots) and sand would collect on your feet,it really needed a good cleaning 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also, you can hear every noise above and around you 😳 And lastly the TVs work but you better be able to understand Roku for programming 🥴 overall I’d give Tradewinds #26 a 7.5 out of 10 ☀️🏖🌊🐬
