Chilltop Lounge at Espadin LoHi With Garage Parking- Your Denver Retreat

The private patio and 4th-floor elevation give Chilltop Lounge a perch above the neighborhood with city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The shared rooftop terrace adds panoramic mountain and skyline views for all building guests.

THE SPACE:
Modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio with city skyline views. King bed, full kitchen with premium appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi for remote work or streaming. Comfortable for two guests with everything you need for a clean, connected stay.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

The property is very clean and well decorated, lots of natural light and great view of the city! Close to most Venus and great restaurants.

The quick response from management with a check in issue helped make the rest of our stay fantastic. Great place, great space, great bathroom.
