Nestled in a leafy and quiet pocket, it’s an easy 10-minute drive to some of the region’s most renowned attractions—Peninsula Hot Springs, The Dunes golf course and the charming township of Sorrento. An expansive deck encourages meals alfresco, whipping up a feast on the BBQ, while inside cosy interiors are perfect for relaxed group getaways. A fire pit, full kitchen, laundry and air-conditioning add to its appeal.
Immerse yourself in the Mornington Peninsula’s relaxed coastal lifestyle, a 10-minute stroll from the water's edge. Its open-plan interiors flow to an entertainers’ deck and backyard, filling the space with beautiful natural light and fresh sea breezes. Sit here for your morning coffee or come together in the evenings watching the sky change hue overhead. The front and backyard are fully fenced for kids to play outdoors, while an elevated section features a fire pit between reclining chairs, perfect for after-dinner get-togethers.

The home can be accessed via the back garden if you want to avoid the stairs. The living room is set with comfortable sofas to relax at the end of the day. There’s a TV and board games for your entertainment along with air-conditioning to keep things cool during summer. The full kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at home with a large dining table also doubling as a dedicated workspace.

All three bedrooms are well presented for a good night’s sleep. The first and second bedrooms each contain a queen-sized bed, set with side tables and reading lights. Combination bunk beds in the third bedroom are ideal for those travelling with kids or in a group and can sleep five guests. The neat bathroom highlights both a bathtub and a separate shower, making it easy to refresh after a dip in the surf. Guests will also have access to internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Parking is provided in the carport for two cars.

Walk part of the 28km Bay Trail from Safety Beach to Portsea, try snorkelling the underwater wonderland along Rye Pier and join surfers vying for the perfect wave at Rye Ocean Beach. Don’t miss an afternoon of relaxation at nearby Peninsula Hot Springs. Onsite parties & group events are strictly prohibited. These include and are not limited to hens, bucks, schoolies & large gatherings.

Please note, bed linen and towels are not supplied, but can be provided at an additional cost of $30 per bed, and $6 per bath or beach towel. Please detail what beds you will require linen for and how many towels will be needed in your booking request.
