Great selection of towels. Everything needed in kitchen except coffee filters. Easy beach access. Convenient location. Beach chairs! Fans in every room.

La propriété est gérée par Vacasa. Une fois l’application Vacasa chargée, tout devient facile.

Excellent spot!

The location was ideal for driving anywhere in Ptown & Truro. Close to all beaches in these areas. If you’re a veteran you can get a card for free access to all National parks . The house fit our family of 4 just fine. It wouldn’t be good for two teenagers unless one sleeps on couch. Even with fans the home is extremely hot during day in July. You will sweat!!!! The night was decent with multiple fans & open windows. The beach was full of seaweed both in shore and in water : water was very warm, but we went to other beaches anyways. The condo was well stocked and clean but had a distinct moldy smell throughout when we arrived. I either got used to it or it diminished after opening windows …overall we would even return to Location because of proximity to town & size of condo. It was clean. Very quiet area. You could hear person who lives upstairs but it wasn’t that disruptive.

Our favorite week!

The location and quality of the condo can’t be beat! Condo is always clean and great basic amenities. We love ending our day of being in town, bike riding, or exploring with the calmness of bayside low tide. Beach is a very short walk from front door. It has been so fun watching our 3 year old experience the beach each year. We look forward to this week every year.

great location for the beach, small condo

Great location, close to beach but is a very small condo, this apartment was very hot and suffers from lack of AC, the ceiling fans and free standing fans don't really cool the place down. Washer and dryer is in another building block and is not located in the condo, this is misleading in the listing. Also misleading that the other condos are owned by permanent residents which made us a little awkward at times, it would have been nice to know this prior to booking. I hink the place would look better with a little less beach decoration, it gave a cluttered appearance

Awesome location

This place was very comfortable and we loved the short walk to the beach. The only downside was no air conditioning in the condo. The ceiling fans worked well enough at night, but I wouldn’t spend much time inside during the day.

Disappointing

It was lovely being so close to the beach. The refrigerator took the entire 3 days to get cold enough to preserve food (even on the coldest setting), dirty dishes in the cupboards, no dish soap (which made it difficult to clean other people's dirty dishes), no hot pads, a single dish towel, one small bar of soap for 5 people over 3 days, and one trash bag. We worked around these issues (by shopping and paying for what was missing) but what was truly disappointing was that the hyda-bed was sticky and dusty and obviously no one was willing to sleep in it. I will not be staying in a Vacasa rental again.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful stay at the condo with super sunny weather. The place was nice and clean. We had several fans to cool off the rooms but I brought a portable AC based on the previous reviews which was very helpful for when we were in the living room area. I also bought some extra garbage bags which we used. The only thing I missed was a broom and dust pan. We tried to get off as much of the sand from the beach as we could, but it was impossible and I felt bad bringing some in the condo. I found a little dust brush and managed to clean with that. The beach was right there, a minute away, and we enjoyed every minute of it (morning low-low tides and looking for hermit crabs were a lot of fun). We had a little wagon to take our stuff down but there were some beach chairs at the condo. I accidently got locked out and was very thankful for the quick response and the second lock box, with which we were able to resolve the issue within 20 min. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time at the Cape. I'm looking forward to booking it again in the future. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Great property with great management!

This is a great little condo which while not as close to the water as the photos might intimate, has an ideal location. Instructions to find the unit could have been a little bit better but once we were there everything was great. We had a small issue with the water heater and while this took a little bit longer to resolve and it should have, the property manager compensated us quite reasonably. She was also very easy to work with in returning an item we had left. A great unit with great people behind it!

Great getaway, close to quiet beach

The condo was perfect for my family of 4 plus a 1 y/o. A short walk to a beach that was sparsely occupied was just perfect. A bit of a challenge on a hot week without A/C, but we knew that going in and brought some extra fans. My only issue was that on arrival, we discovered there were no paper product supplies -- so we had to immediately go to a store for toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags, etc. Just a word to the wise to bring your own if in doubt. The property was very clean -- would definitely stay again!

Beautiful

What a great quaint place. Loved the beach area when it was low tide. The beach was a short walk on a nice wooden path. Found lots of shells and pretty stones. The cottage was well maintained and was much bigger then I though. There was plenty of room for our group of 5.

Provincetown getaway

Nice, clean place. for two couples. Picture of beach and unit is deceiving as this is not the unit you get. This unit is in the middle of a group of condos and does not really have a beach view. That said it is a very short walk to the beach, maybe 100 feet. Very pleasant in late Sept. when there were very few people on the beach but still great weather.
