You will be welcomed by a cozy living space (with a twin sleeper sofa), a full kitchen, king sized bed and a spacious bathroom with both a jetted tub and walk in shower plus a 2 vanity areas. And the private balcony is just as perfect with a sunset facing view of the emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast.

While this rental does not come with private laundry, there are first-class services available within a mile at Destin's Total Laundry Services. We provide a full set of towels, wash cloths, hand towels and of course kitchen towels. If additional is needed during your stay, we will be glad to accommodate you upon request.

Sterling Sands offers a community pool and spa deck, a grilling pavilion, a fitness room, a green space lawn for games and high-speed elevators. Welcome to your stress-free Florida family beach vacation.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

**There is a resort fee of $15.00 plus tax per guest, age 5 and older, to receive access to the property and amenities. This includes wrist bands, gate codes and parking passes. You will need to preregister before your arrival with the weblink we will send you after you have made your reservation.

No tents, canopies or personal umbrellas allowed. Personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach from March 1 – October 31. While guests can purchase a rental of 2 chairs and an umbrella, we do not provide free rentals with the Sterling Sands 214 - 1 Bedroom rental.
