Located on beautiful Suttons Bay, Splendor is this gorgeous, spacious, welcoming home for you and your family to vacation. With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple living spaces, this home will accommodate up to 12 guests and one dog is considered (upon approval from the host).
The home is multi-level and has four bedrooms on the upper level and one on the lower level. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king, and the fourth bedroom has a queen and a twin. The master bedroom has spectacular lake views and features a TV and bathroom with a separate shower and tub. There is also another full bath with shower on this level. The bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and French doors that open onto the porch. There is a spacious bathroom on this level with a walk in shower. The lower level family room also has one twin.
The lower level is the place to hang out. All tile floors offer cool lodging space in the summer. There is plenty of seating, and a big flat panel TV makes the space perfect for chilling out and watching a game. A separate game room features foosball, nerf basketball, board games and more. Upstairs, the cozy living room off of the dining area has a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen and dining area with a gas fireplace overlook the lake, with views that will take your breath away. Step out the door onto the deck which is right on the water’s edge.
Outdoors, enjoy relaxing on the beautiful deck or playing on the shoreline. Your family chef can use the gas grill, outdoor seating, and a mini fridge to keep the beer cold, too! There are five kayaks available. Make use of the swim platform and take a dip in the beautiful blue waters of Suttons Bay. The home is located on a road that is a perfect scenic area for walking or cycling. You can walk down the street and pick up local cherry treats and fresh produce.
This home is located just a mile from the village of Suttons Bay. There are a five bikes provided so hop on and take a ride to town. Here you can shop, dine, visit wineries, distilleries, or breweries, and enjoy festivals. Public beaches, tennis courts, and the Leelanau Trail are a few of the terrific things you will find to enjoy in this waterside community.
Parking up to 6 cars is available within the garage, driveway and parking pad (NO STREET PARKING PERMITTED).
Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed. Please reach out to management to inquire if a particular amenity is important to your stay, or plan accordingly.
