Perfect!

This place was perfect! Nice yard and had everything we could need. Easy to get to. Perfect for toddlers! Comfy beds and very clean!

Quiet neighborhood with wildlife viewing

Spacious property in a quiet neighborhood with great opportunities to see wildlife. Over the weekend we had multiple deer come through, a large turtle cross a couple of houses away, and multiple birds. We even got to see a gator at the viewing area down the road. Everything is neat a clean, with plenty of dishes and pans to use during our stay. On the down side the walls are are super thin so you can hear every inside if you stand out in the driveway (or across the house). Thank you for having us!

This was a mobile home I thought it was a house the TV was not plugged up and it was only one TV for three bedroom house I was disappointed solely because I am a TV person and I did have two children there we didn't know there was a swimming pool in the area we didn't know if we could use it or not overall the state was just not good the lady that did come to help us I appreciate it her very much but the owner really needs to do a makeover

The right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We use professional photos on our listing to make sure guests know exactly what to expect before they book.- We’ve always advertised that the home has one TV, but we take guest feedback seriously, and recently added a second TV in the master bedroom.- We completed a full home makeover recently and are continuing to make improvements where needed.- The neighborhood pool isn’t part of the home’s advertised amenities, but we’re happy to clarify access details for future guests.Thanks again, and we hope that you keep us in mind for your future travels.

Mosquito Central

The place is clean and had plenty of room for our family. The location was not far from the beach and about 1 hr to Corpus Christi. The biggest issue was the mosquitoes. When we parked, there was a swarm of mosquitoes in the front lawn. They were all over and on the front doors. When we came inside, a lot came in and were all over the ceiling in clusters. Never seen anything like it. It was very stressful for all of us.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-Regrettably, mosquitoes are prevalent in this area. To address this, we've directed our guest contact to place a can of yard mosquito spray on the porch. Additionally, we are looking into having the yard sprayed before guests arrive for the remainder of the season.Thanks for letting us know about your stay!
