Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat, Seaside 159 is the ideal oceanside escape. Located in the highly desirable Seaside Villas, this beautifully updated 1-bedroom villa offers comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all just steps from the beach.

Situated on the first floor with easy elevator access, this villa underwent a full renovation in January 2024.

Great location great finishes. The condo needed a little more TLC from the cleaning crew under the bed and couch. Everything was beautiful. The shower head needs updating.

Location was super convenient to beach. Pool was an extra bonus especially the day we couldn’t swim in the ocean because of “fish” feeding activity. I was hoping there would be bikes to use but I didn’t get an answer from host. Honestly, I thought it was too hot anyway! Condo was updated recently and they did a really nice job. The bed was just ok, hence the 4 stars.

Beautifully Renovated Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this place after our original rental with another rental company was canceled last minute. This one bedroom was recently renovated and very clean! Everything felt brand new and we were so grateful for the well appointed space. It is located right on the beach and in the heart of Forest Beach Area, with only a short walk to all the Coligny Plaza restaurants & shops. Wish the pool was beach side instead of street side so you could get more sunlight exposure during the day, but overall a great stay.
