The lower level living area has a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table and side chair, dining table with four chairs and a flat panel TV. The upper level has a queen-size sofa bed, loveseat, coffee table, ceiling fan and flat panel TV and an adjacent dining area with a table and seating for six.



Both kitchens are fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and granite counters. The ground floor unit has a breakfast bar with two stools for quick meals on the go.



BED and BATH



The ground floor bedroom has bright, colorful beachy décor, a queen bed and wall-mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the tastefully decorated master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat panel TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath with shower.
