The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, hot tub, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation in the heart of Grand Junction! Pool is closed November-March/April of each year. Extra fees do apply for any guests greater than 4 people. Events are allowed but different fees will apply so please message host first.

We had a great time here. The house is well stocked - we had everything we needed to cook at home. The house is beautiful and the grounds are amazing. The beds are super comfy- a rare rental treat! It’s close to mountain biking and wineries- 2 things we came to do. The hosts are very responsive. You won’t be disappointed with this place.

Thirteen 71 year old ladies had a fabulous time. There was a wrinkle or two, but I would love to satay at this house again. Great place for a reunion. Thank you so much for letting stay at your house.

Beautiful home in Great location

The home was clean, well-appointed Ted and as advertised. We loved the heated pool. Good access to mountain biking (we enjoyed the back route to 18 road), as well as grand junction. Highland Distillery was a very short drive and fun for everyone (even though we found it hard to leave the pool!). Nicole was incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again!

Family vacation

Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! Nicole was extremely responsive, there was some repair on the HVAC unit and she was extremely accommodating, and did her best not to inconvenience us. Wonderful house for family get togethers. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing pool or watching movies. Nicole was very responsive and kept in contact throughout our entire stay. It was close to everything in Grand Junction, so we could easily go shopping and get home quickly. We got to experience Rim Rock Scenic drive (about 30 mins away from home) and it was an unforgettable experience! Thanks Nicole, we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous Property

This property is outstanding. The house is very clean and has top of the line appliances. Communication with the property manager, Nicole was easy and prompt. Initially there were some questions as to the charges for the number of people staying, but after some discussion with Nicole the concerns were resolved. My group used the spacious outside area and outside deck for group activities, but also had plenty of room to spread out inside too. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. (You know how many towels you go through with a large group!) I would highly recommend this property for large groups!

Couldn't Have Been Better!

We spent a week at the Grant House and it couldn't have been better. We brought 4 families, 12 people in all, young children, teens, adults and seniors. There were comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen in the Grant House is huge and well stocked. Some of our favorite things were the large gas stove, two dishwashers, an ice machine and a beautiful outside deck that overlooked the pool. Tables inside and out had room for us to share meals and gather easily. Both the covered deck off the kitchen and the lower covered patio were cool and comfortable, even in the Fruita summer heat. The pool was our main event! It was clean, easy to access, there were lots of water toys and room for everyone. Downstairs the movie room was just like heading to the theater. Nicole was always quick to respond. If you are looking for an amazing vacation house, this is it. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Nicole, for sharing your space with us!

This guest was asked to leave because of not following our house rules. She was specifically asked what guests would be staying at the home, which she said would be 3 people, and she ended up throwing a party and was asked to leave. We take pride in providing our guests a great stay but expect the property to be respected and rules followed.
