Very clean room. We were welcomed by the owner and looked after very nicely. Got a bottle of wine upon arrival as a welcome. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied coffee which was very good.

Second time staying at this property. Family run place in nature, about 10 minutes from Bijagua. Very clear and well appointed. Will be staying there again in the future.

Great little homebase for Bijagua area. Not walkable to anywhere, but only a five minute drive into the town. Probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed in my life. Air conditioning worked great. Very friendly.

The property is so quaint and so cute! It is close to restaurants, fruit, market, Rio, Celeste, and other coffee tours and sloth tours. Beautiful space, host responds quickly and the bathroom is stunning.
Great choice!

The property and grounds are amazingly beautiful. This property is set back off the main road and is next to only 1 other unit which makes it private but also very relaxing. The hosts are wonderful people and gave us excellent advice on what to do and where to go and even taught us about the trees and animals. This place is absolutely the best option in this area.

This is THE place to stay!
I can't imagine a better-equipped cabin! There's a full kitchen and dining area, a giant bathroom with great hot water, and two beds with their own TVs (it's like a having your own two-bedroom apartment!) The owner, Heylin, was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The internet was super fast. We saw monkeys in the trees behind the A-frame as we sat out on the balcony and we also enjoyed a lovely thunderstorm. This is an amazing gem in the area. Definitely worth the stay if you're in the Rio Celeste area!
Greivin & Heylin thought of everything when creating the Yarumo Lodge Rio Celeste Black Chalet! My family of 4, including 12 and 16 year old sons, had a fabulous weeklong stay at the end of June. The location was easy to find, the hosts were hospitable--welcoming us at arrival with a nice treat and overview of the property, including a resource guide for local attractions, dining, and activities. The beds were comfortable and the full kitchen was stocked with all the cooking essentials to prepare meals from food we purchased at the grocery that's less than 10 minutes away. We look forward to staying here every time we travel to Bijaqua de Upala.

Absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely lovely stay! This adorable A frame had all the amenities you could need! And location was perfect. In the middle of a beautiful jungle but only a couple minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Also very conveniently located for seeing Rio Celeste and other tours. I loved the upper balcony that overlooks the jungle. We woke up every morning to the sounds of monkeys, toucans and many other birds. At night there was a firefly show that took my breath away! Absolutely would recommend staying here!
