The hotel was easy to find and parking was readily available. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel building, which was a little odd and we were on the ground floor facing the parking lot. However, the room was spacious, very comfortable with an excellent shower. The complimentary breakfast was super.

The Suite was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent from check in to housekeeping to the Fitness Center, they were all personable, friendly and fun to chat with while also responding quickly to any questions or needs.

Very nice hotel though a bit out of town with not so much to do nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room in the suites building was in poor state of cleanliness with stained shower, blocked sink, peeling paint. We asked to change rooms and were immediately upgraded to a very nice suite in the main hotel. Nice bar/restaurant area with good menu and large portions. Breakfast very good too.

The rooms were very nice but it was really frustrating to find out there was no elevator in the suites building. We were traveling with seniors and it was very difficult getting our luggage to and from the rooms. Everything else about our stay was wonderful especially the helpful, friendly staff at breakfast.

My daughter is doing a study abroad at UL and this is a perfect location. The bus into town was close and convenient and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and was perfect for the amount of people that stayed. Staff was amazing.

Breakfast was great- yummy and felt high end. Amenities were good. Check-in was easy and staff was accommodating. The only thing to note is that you don't stay in the "castle" portion. You stay in one of 2 modern hotel buildings. But room amenities, including the bathroom suite, were very nice.
