The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was functional. The shower dripped water outside and made a mess in the bathroom, and very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen floor had some residue, which meant not fully cleaned.

I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.

The room was very small and shower room tiny, the doors of the shower cubicle hardly opened leaving a very tight squeeze to access shower cubicle. We had a cockroach in the room one night, did leave information about cockroach and emailed apartments but to date have not had reply. Never saw a member of staff the whole 4 days we stayed.

It was very Good, But it was very hard to get the number of reservation to get in the room, and take the key card! I helped at least 2 couple to get their keys. The bathroom when u take shower Start to wet All the place.

Initially it was not easy to self check in but we did okay entering our credentials manually. The place was quite but room cleaning was not included in the price and that was okay and we cleaned aftre ourselves. The attendant Gamal waas very helpful when he was around. most likely thn not, we will stay here again.
