Nice property with alpaca's roaming the property my dog loved the stay as well great exercise for him a bit hilly for me but all in all beautiful i would definatly consider going back for another weekend away , close to torquay dog beach and all other beaches jan juc bells beach all a quick 10 mins drive down the rd

Pleasant & peaceful stay

Pleasant short family stay with our 18 month old daughter. We stayed in Valley view cottage and the owner helped with a barricade for the stairs to stop our daughter from going up & down. Good friendly owners (and their hobby farm animals). Good communication. Would stay again.

Loved the relaxed nature of the stay, we really relaxed and the children enjoyed the animals. We took a while to get used to living closely to neighbours but we all respected each other and it wasnt noisy - the frogs sang at night and alpacas wandered up to say Hello. All in all a wonderful short break

Booked this place for the spa and it did not work. There also was not even enough hot water to fill it, so instead of a hot spa, I could only manage a luke warm bath. Very disappointed.

Excellent indoor pool and kids also loved the trampoline and cubby house. Nice quiet spot with bush surrounds. Kids also loved watching the alpacas and pony wandering around the house. Cottage inside has been tastefully renovated.

Nothing not to love! We are staying another night as this place was so welcoming and peaceful. After twenty years away from Australia this place was like home and just want we needed. Terry the owner puts a lot of effort into his business and you’ll see llamas and a pony wandering around, cottage has everything you could need, wonderful location etc. I actually cried when we checked into our room as it felt so homey after much previous stress. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Very nice stay! A warm welcome by kangaroos and a beautiful cottage in the woods. We loved the Great ocean drive and met two koalas. Beautiful beaches and a perfect stay for a family. Thank you Terry!

Clean, comfortable and cosy

The cottage we had was super clean and spacious. Much bigger than we had expected! The grounds there are stunning to wake up to - we wished we were staying longer! Terry was very helpful and accommodating! We can’t wait to find a reason to come back!

Overall it's great as it is only approximately 1 hour from Melbourne. You have the beauty of serene country in a cottage style environment and only about 8 minutes from the beach.

Bells Estate - Torquay

This is a lovely relaxing place to stay. The villa was well stocked with cooking utensils so cooking a meal was easy. I would recommend this place to people wanting a break from the hustle of Melbourne City.

Lovely surroundings with birds, ducks, animals etc. Cottage had everything we needed. Some furniture could do with updating.
