Rest peacefully on the comfort of 2 full size beds with Marriott Mattresses and Box Springs in the guest bedroom while also enjoying a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bathroom has a bath tub, while the master bathroom has a walk in shower with a shower seat. The kitchen is well-stocked with any supplies you will need to cook up your favorite meals plus it has a Keurig Machine. This condo has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and tile and laminate throughout the unit. For your viewing pleasure, enjoy Direct TV service on a 50" flat screen TV in the living room and 32" flat screen in the bedrooms. .There is free Wi-Fi throughout the unit.

My friends and I came on Tues-friday for a few day trip. We absolutely loved the private beach, and all the staff were friendly. We had a great time and felt that the condo was very safe, clean, and the beach was clean and private. Thank you!

Perfect little place to stay for a family of four. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. We especially love the mattresses. Very comfortable beds. Great place!

Siesta Key family vacation

The property was perfect and location was amazing. Walk out of the building right into the beach. Beautiful surrounding area with plenty of activities to keep our family busy. One of the best family vacations weā€™ve been on and the most beautiful beach. Sunsets were an amazing bonus as well!

Very nice place

Very nice condo in a great location. Beautiful beach. Condo is only a few steps from the white sand. Only down side to this place would be the second floor. In the morning it was very loud as dumpsters and parking lot were right outside bedroom windows.

We do like walking while weā€™re at Siesta Key. But we also like the convenience of the Frog Hop, or the Trolly. Yes,I would recommend this condo. Itā€™s very close to the beach. Which was a very good selling point.

SOOO nice to be close to the beach just out the front door of the building. The unit was very nice and modern, spacious, bright and comfortable beds a plus! Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed staying in the Tower this time right on the beach and unit 25 was fully renovated and perfect for our family including toddler. Rather disappointing was the main pool was not appropriately heated until our last day there so we ended up going to the bayside pool which was not as convenient. It was still really great we had that option as the main reason for our stay here is to swim even in chilly weather. We hope to be back!

Perfect location, spacious and clean

Beautiful, uncluttered unit. Towels and beach equipment provided. The building was secure and felt safe and was steps from the most beautiful beach ever. My only gripe concerns check in, which is at 3pm. We didn't realize the office closed at 5pm and we arrived straight from the airport with a toddler to find ourselves locked out. I couldn't get ahold of the owner and ended up having to call security to let us in. That said, the building's security was there in 2 minutes and helped us, which made me feel like we were at a top notch facility. The owner did check in with me later, too, but we had a few panicky moments.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrific location just steps from the lovely wide, white sand beach! Unit 25 was clean with an open concept. The living room furniture placement could be changed to block the parking lot view and to open the area, and there were a few scratches on the master bedroom furniture, but, overall, the unit was very nice. As mentioned, the views are lacking (parking lot/trash cans and driveway), but you can enjoy the view on the beautiful beach-down one flight of stairs or one floor on the elevator-for hours! We loved the beach chair/lounge service and the ability to use the amenities prior to check-in and post checkout. We would definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all gathered to be together after 4 years to remember the good times and some sadness of family loss. The condo gave us a wonderful location to enjoy our family (one group already lives locally). The location, the beach the great service all 5 stars. Had an electrical issue that was resolved as soon as notification to front desk. I would say those things should be checked out each time(faulty electrical cords) especially when there are so many devices plugged into an external cord. The only complaint- if there could have been a functioning toaster or toaster oven we could have enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful condo! We will come again and again over the next few years. Iā€™m glad we have a ā€œgo-toā€ place in the future! Also the cabana and umbrella services were 5 stars!!!

Great Vacation with a little construction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic experience at the Palm Bay Club. The unit was clean and supplied us with everything we needed. The furniture was well maintained and decorated nicely. The location was amazing and the staff was very welcoming. The only downside was that we were not anticipating any construction to be going on in the building. I called to ask about why it was happening and when we was told that the property owners are allowed to make renovations during the season we were staying May-Oct. Above us and down the hall there was drilling and hammering starting at 8:30am but ending by 5pm. Thankfully the weather was so nice we spent the whole day on the beach so we only heard it when inside. I want to come back next year but I will be a little nervous about that aspect. There was an emergency plumbing situation at 2am in the unit down the hall that was as loud as I've ever heard any construction and it scared me terribly because I was not notified of what was happening until I called security. I think in hindsight the office should call the people staying on the floor of the emergency and leave a message not to be alarmed. I was going to call the police until I found the property security number 1st.

Although I would say to try to avoid spring break time. Lots of high school students left unsupervised! (Again... security was great with handling this, though!)
