Tradewinds Paradise Villas - 2B Upper Beachfront Condo

Location, Location, Location and my upper level condo has the best location on the island. It is nestled in a beautiful beachfront property location on the quiet north edge of San Pedro, it is a three-minute walk along the beach to everything. You can relax at our pool in the center of our lush tropical gardens with great view of the ocean. Two grocery stores and a Doctor clinic in residence just outside our gate. Not to mention the condo is like home away from home.
My condo has a 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (if requested it can be turn into 2 twin beds), a bath with a hot & cold shower, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, WiFi, central air and linen. A beautiful front porch that has a direct view of the Sea which makes it absolutely spectacular. It has everything you will need weather you want to cook, grill or make a smoothie. There is No motorized traffic in front of our beach. Also, we have 3 other beachfront condos available for rent: 2A -- a our lower unit which is just below this condo if you are interested please refer to ID number 1245841. Best of all, our onsite office with Emanuel and Evelin can help you with everything from making a dinner reservation to booking a tour, diving, fishing, renting a golf cart or just any help you may need. Maid Service as well as your taxi transport form the island airport is included. We also have an onsite laundry service available. Service Include Wash, Dry and Fold for only $1.20US per pound, so pack light if you wish. My staff have all the knowledge and support you will need to enjoy a carefree vacation in one of the nicest units and best locations on the island.
