The villa is located on the beach in the exclusive Lower Conchas Chinas residential area, one-and-a-half miles (5 minutes) south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. You can walk to town along the beach. It takes about 25 minutes, or take a cab from the taxi stand 100 feet from our front door, or take a much less expensive bus from the stop 100 yards along the road.

Casa Carole was built in the classic Colonial Style with exposed adobe brick arches and beamed cathedral ceilings. It's 6,500 square feet, on four levels, cascade down the hillside between the coast road and the beach below. There is direct access to a secluded sandy beach with great snorkeling among the volcanic rocks in front of the villa. The 1,500 sq ft pool deck features a huge (25' x 12'), heated, infinity pool and adjacent Jacuzzi spa, plus a palapa-covered wet bar with refrigerator. There is an alcove off the pool deck that provides shade in the summer months.

Each of the 5 bedroom suites is located on a different level for maximum privacy and has a bathroom en-suite. Each bedroom has marble floors and a large balcony with magnificent ocean views. The large windows and doors open to the sea breezes and elegant decor throughout, plus individually controlled mini-split air conditioning in each of the five bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, dining room and in the pool deck alcove. Our full time staff of four, (that our guests rave about) come six days a week to cater to your every need. Nelly, a great cook, shops for and prepares two gourmet meals a day that you have selected from her extensive menu. Our guests say our houseman/concierge Pepe is 'the perfect host'. His margaritas, served on the pool deck at 4:30, are outstanding. He is available to help you with any arrangements you may need to make your visit memorable, from fishing trips to fireworks. Rosario, our housekeeper, cleans the rooms every day and can do your personal laundry as well. And Crispin comes early 3 days a week to keep the pool perfect.
