The master bath showcases marble flooring, a large soaking tub, separate shower with 2 showerheads and built-in bench, as well as a private toilet room & double vanities, also made from marble. Utilize top of the line appliances and a fully equipped kitchen to satisfy everyoneās dinner requests. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests, with additional breakfast bar seating for 4. The living room has an L shaped couch, 2 reading chairs, and 60ā flat screen TV. Sonos is wired to the kitchen, 1st & 2nd-floor living rooms, master bath, as well as the back patio/pool area.
At the top of the 3rd-floor staircase awaits two guest bedrooms, each complete with Queen bed, flat screen TV, & more stunning gulf views. These guest bedrooms share a large, full bath with double vanities and a dreamy glass shower with 2 showerheads & custom tile work. On the 1st floor, there are 2 more guest bedrooms, as well as a second living room with another large flat screen TV. The bunkroom is furnished with 2 sets of bunks, both with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top. The bunkroom shares the full hall bath off the living room.
