Gulf Crest #2 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome that is only a short walk to the crystal-clear water and white sands of Miramar Beach. The townhouse comes equipped with high speed internet/Wi-Fi and keyless entry. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a has a flat screen tv with cable. The guest room has a twin over queen bunkbed and has a flat screen tv with cable. The newly remodeled living room has a sleeper sofa. This beautiful townhome is a perfect place to vacation with your family and friends and sleeps up to 6. The community pool is only steps away and is equipped with chairs and umbrellas. This townhome is sure to give you the perfect vacation experience!

Area Attractions:

Gulf Crest Townhomes are convenient to both the beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches and Grand Boulevard Towne Center with incredible restaurants, shopping and a play park with children’s activities. Grand Boulevard Town Center is pedestrian friendly and located just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to Miramar Beach. Dining options include Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food, Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food as well as many others. Grand Boulevard Towne has “New Vision Boulevard 10” a Cineplex with 3D and jumbo digital screens. In addition to Grand Boulevard Towne there are many family friendly go-cart courses, mini-golf, and water parks within a short walk or drive.

Good location to walk less than 2 blocks to the public beach access at Pompano Joe’s, It met our needs for a weeks stay. Fenced in back patio with wooden platform.

Very close to the beach. The home had plenty of space and was very clean. The owner reached out and checked on us during the stay. Everything was smooth. The check out list was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Easy 1 block walk to the beach. The pool is really nice and clean also. Everything worked as it should. Great communication with the owner. The place was clean. It could use a new shower curtain though. Would stay here again.

The location was one block to the beach. This was great. We enjoyed the pool to cool down after being at the beach. The unit was a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We had trouble operating the TV and the host responded quickly and walked us through. We would stay again.

Great weekend getaway!

So close to the beach and the pool was a plus since unfortunately the ocean was closed a few days while we were there! Nice size place for our family!

Family beach vacation

The location was perfect (a very short walk to the beach) and the pool was perfect as well. The owner was very attentive and the neighbor was great also and tried his best to make sure we were taken care of too.

Five stars!

We absolutely love staying here! The area is great the pool is super convenient and it’s a very very short walk to the beach, as well as a small ice cream shop and souvenir shop. Place is absolutely perfect and has everything you need to cook what ever you want like pots and pans. Definitely plan on staying again!

Perfect place and cozy

The house was everything we needed. Short walk to the beach was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed the place and it location. Would definitely book again.

Great Stay

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10-14). Having a full kitchen with full size appliances was helpful for dinners in! Would definitely stay again!
