On the patio, you can prepare the family meal and enjoy your summertime beverage while your guests come and go from the beach. On the ground floor the kitchen and dining area with seats for 8 are conveniently located, near the front courtyard area perfect for night caps! The galley kitchen is newly remodeled and fully equipped with a gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils for your convenience. Also, the two-car garage has access into this floor.

Heading to the second floor, you will find two queen bedrooms. The split bathroom offers two separate vanities, with a walk-in shower. Beautiful and convenient wet bar with wine fridge makes this second level complete with a large, vaulted ceiling living room with ocean views, a TV, and seating for a comfortable escape.

The third level is true luxury with a queen bedroom and large open bathroom with barn doors. A grand soaking tub has an ocean view and large picture windows to relax by the moonlight. French doors open up to the large roof top patio. Relax in the comfort of the ocean breeze as you enjoy the serene sounds of waves. This property has everything you need to complete your vacation. There is also a washer/dryer and a half bath are located inside the garage.

The garage can accommodate one vehicle, the dimensions are 6'4"Hx14'Wx17'D. Please make sure your vehicle will fit within this space. If your vehicle cannot fit you will be responsible for finding street parking, that can be tough during summer months with many beachgoers. This Mission Beach area is a perfect home base for all of your San Diego Adventures. Located approximately 3 miles from Sea World, 8 miles from San Diego International Airport, 10 miles from San Diego Zoo, 10 miles from San Diego Downtown, Waterfront, 40 miles from Legoland, 63 miles from Temecula's Wine Country, and 95 miles from Disneyland.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a $150+taxes fee for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
