I was first under the impression that the property was a home but it turned out to be a condo. I was also under the impression that the property was beachfront access but it was not. With the weather turning out to be a little dicey it ended up O K. The property is well maintained but had some small problems that I am sure will be taken care of soon. Overall it was a great experience for my first trip to the big island. I would recommend it to a small family or a group of friends very highly. Parking was sometimes a problem, but with everyone charging for parking I can understand. Beach view is great.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The ocean-front view cannot be beat (easily some of the best sunsets weā€™ve ever seen). Our teens loved the saltwater pool-warm and again, fantastic view. Kitchen had everything we needed-bonus points for having a rice cooker!! Check-in and check-out was a piece of cake and the communication was fantastic. We were able to get back to the property before 5pm each day so was able to park right next to unit. Iā€™d imagine it would be a little more challenging if we had returned later in the day but still not a far walk. There was a convenience store located at the front of the property that had all the items we needed which saved us tons of time. Will definitely stay here again if we get lucky and itā€™s available!!

The apartment has wonderful views of the ocean. But it is a little dated. Finding parking can be tough. And most importantly the second bedroom is really small and has a sliding temporary door. Great for kids room but not enough if sharing between two couples.

Good location, close to town. Property is nice for a home base that's more reasonable than some other properties that would be considered more on the luxury side, but the grounds are well maintained and the place well-stocked, so no complaints (except maybe no AC in the bedroom and a very loud fan ticking :-) Overall, really enjoyed our stay and had good communication with the host.

We loved it here. This is so close to the ocean and very private for a condo complex. We loved watching the waves crash on the sea wall while sitting on the lanai. The bedrooms are comfortable and the showers are clean. When we arrived, there was a mechanical problem with the A/C, but the manager brought in a repairman from the other side of the island to put in a new blower unit. This unit has two sliding doors, one facing the common area and one facing the ocean. That was so nice for cross breeze when we had the A/C off.The salt pool is awesome! Sometimes the ocean waves would splash over the sea wall into the pool adding to the ambiance. Free coffee was available every morning at the common area right outside the unit. It was easy to find the unit and to get in with the security codes. There was plenty of parking, and sometimes we parked right in front of the unit. The kitchen was very well appointed with nice appliances and even a dishwasher. Hint: the oven seems to work best on the "roast" setting. The manager left whole-bean coffee for us to enjoy. It was awesome! The unit is stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels and other beach stuff.We had a great time, here.

The location was fantastic. The condo was clean and the welcome note on the platter on the kitchen bar w/Hawaiian cookies and coffee on it was special. A couple things that needed attention were handled immediately and with kindness and courtesy. It was a great week! We'll likely stay here again in the future if it's available.

It was great ! Great view, suited us just fine. Only complaint was you donā€™t always get a parking spot most nights we had to park way upfront out of the gates. Itā€™s can be a walk especially if your hauling luggage. For the money Iā€™d think you would have a place to park. But other than that the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Kids loved the pools. Sunsets are amazing and you have a front row view.

The house is nice. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom is about 50 years old and the paint is all chipped. It looks really terrible. They need a few large pans, there is nothing to cook pasta in. The location is great and overall we really enjoyed it. It just needs a little care.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this oceanfront unit. The location was perfect ā€” being right on the ocean was a major highlight. The saltwater pool was enjoyable, and we appreciated having access to the grill on our first night. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a short stay.There were two minor hiccups during our stay. We didnā€™t have WiFi the first day; however, the host was very responsive and quick to troubleshoot the next morning, which we appreciated. There was also noticeable foot traffic from the unit upstairs at times.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Mahalo!

Ryan with the property management company was lovely to work with. Great communication and follow through. Great view, ideally situated private and quiet. Will be coming back again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent property, view and location.

We loved our stay! The location is superb! We could sit and watch wales, dolphins and the sunset from our unit! Definitely would stay again! Loved it so much!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was spotless and very well kept, with plenty of extra towels provided. The grounds were quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellentā€”close to everything, and we were treated to gorgeous sunsets every evening right from the property.The showers were large and comfortable, and we never had any issues with parking. Our host was extremely friendly, responsive, and accessible, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway with amazing views!
