Great House Location

We had a great stay at this home with friends from out of town. The house was a great location to make it an easy walk or bike ride to the north store. It was also close to the river which our kids enjoyed and plenty of bikes for all. The only downside was the air conditioning has a little trouble keeping up in the upstairs, but luckily it is central Oregon and you can open windows at night.

Peaceful and Comfortable

We stayed for a long weekend and the home was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the golf course. The neighborhood is very peaceful and you can walk just under a mile to get to the river! House had everything you need for cooking, biking, and going to the pool. We all slept well in the comfortable beds and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very spacious for our family of six. Enough bikes for all of us. SHARC passes were a bonus. Quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Very clean upon first entry. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/ utensils. Bikes to use, not the best quality but still usable. Hot tub is hot and nice to relax in. Stayed here with 6 adults and 1 child, we all had a great time! Great view of the golf course. Would stay here again.

Less than two minutes after arriving, my wife stepped on a piece of broken glass in the kitchen. We tended to her foot, then began cleaning the floor, which obviously needed attention. Additionally, the property description states "the charge for the first dog will be included in the total cost listed", but we were charged more than $40 per night for our dog. We enjoyed our trip to Bend, but this house isn't worth the hassle.

Great Stay

Stayed here for a few nights to enjoy the activities in and around Sunriver. Nice house and well stocked with everything we needed. Loved the back patio facing the golf course. Rooms were very comfortable but hot upstairs. Would stay here again for another Sunriver trip.

Perfect home!

Great space for our annual girls vacation! Comfortable furniture, close to a quiet pool, great beds, plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful view of the golf course on the back deck, everything you need in the kitchen, and air conditioning for the hot days! Perfect stay!

Wonderful home

We stayed at this property for my son's baseball tournament and were extremely satisfied. The place was clean and had a lot of amenities. My kids enjoyed the selection of bikes and SHARC passes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a small family getaway

Quiet duplex that backs up to the golf course. Kitchen well stocked, nice hot tub and furnishings. Short walk or bike ride to the big park! Dishwasher did not work and was reported to Vacasa. Home was a little dirty when we arrived otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.

Nice Place

By Sunriver standards, this is a very nice property. Up-to-date, nice furnishings, comfortable, and clean. I had just two complaints. First, the hot tub buttons were completely worn off. So after much trying, my family could not figure out how to increase the temperature. We ended up having to call the property management company. And second, while there are many bikes in the garage, there are none that fit a grown man and the bikes are in poor shape. Hard to though to fault the property too much for this though since the ad did not mention bikes. Everything else though was top notch.

Exceeds Expectations

Very clean and organized. Although we were only two adults, there is room for 6 adults in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 10 AM checkout seems early. We have a rental in Puerto Vallarta and let people know that checkout is Noon, and later if no one coming in that day.

Mold in the master bath jetted tub

In plain sight there was really gross mold in the master bath jetted tub. Not only did this detract from our use of the master bath, but it made us question how well the overall property was being cleaned (Kitchen sink area also looked dingy). The location was nice, and the rental process was easy. The cleaning needs to be improved, especially considering a "cleaning fee" is clearly outlined in the charges.

Home had promise, but it, and Vacasaā€™s response, did not meet expectations

Disappointed in our stay here. Issues included: -listing clearly stated parking for two cars, in the driveway and in the garage. garage was filled with bicycles. requiring us to hang them all from the ceiling. garage was still too small for the Mazda (not an oversized vehicle) to fit. a neighbor was nice enough to allow us to park in his driveway. THIS HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE PARKING FOR 2. -house was dirty including sand/dirt all over some furniture. It was clearly not cleaned well. VACASAā€™s RESPONSE WAS ā€œIT WASNā€™T INTENTIONALā€ despite many claims/promotions re: heightened cleaning during COVID. -low wattage lite bulbs over dining table were not working. I moved them to other fixtures and they worked. nobody bothered checking the lights after they switched bulbs. -water pressure was terrible. Dishes werenā€™t cleaned in the dishwasher. Showers barely functioned. -we called customer service first thing in the morning gaffer one night and were told by the agent in Florida that ā€œhe could not drive to Oregon to help personallyā€ so had to escalate. -we received a call quickly from the local Vacasa office. She asked what we wanted them to do. I said I wasnā€™t comfortable having maintenance workers enter the house due to COVID. She laughed at me. I asked what she thought was funny. check the recordings. she tried to back pedal saying she didnā€™t meant to laugh at my concerns. clearly our safety and quality concerns were not being taken seriously. -they did refund us $225 out of the $1900 total rent for 3 nights.

Amazing Property...

We have been coming to Eaglewood for 20+years with friends and family and I love this property overlooking the golf course and remodeled to provide a more open atmosphere in the living area. In addition, this property is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you might need.
