Modern 1 bedroom apartment Private entrance with all the amenities of home. Private, close to beach, WiFi, Air-conditioning, cable TV, dishwasher, purified water system, stove, washer & dryer, coffee maker, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, TV, granite countertops and lots of closet space. Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this wonderful apartment is the perfect location. It boasts a limited ocean view from the large shard patio, perfect to have breakfast or something cold to drink, manicured gardens with a running creek, and in-house gym. Washer and dryer on site. The large common area on the roof has an outdoor kitchen, heated lounging pool, chaise lounges and lots of comfy seating to enjoy the magnificent and panoramic view of the ocean and bay.and dryer.

Not disappointed

We had an amazing time in Puerto Vallarta! Our place had everything we needed and more. Rick was an awesome host. Had a great time getting to know him and sharing stories. Location is perfect. Close enough to everything and far enough out to be peaceful with spectacular views! Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Was the first time I stayed at a verbo and the experience was excellent. Rick was a fantastic host, met us when we arrived quickly. Answered any questions on WhatsApp and was almost invisible. The property is exquisite many comfortable seating areas. A view that you could never get tired of. All the extras in the apartment that you do not expect like tin foil and Saran wrap salt and pepper and spices. And even ear plugs in the nightstand drawer. Not that we needed them. Was a wonderful place to stay and a great experience

Simply Wonderful!

We arrived at our lovely ground floor apartment and were immediately impressed with the cleanliness, decor, comfortable furnishings and stocked kitchen. No need to purchase soap, shampoo, baggies, garbage bags ,coffee, foil etc. Our coffee maker wasnā€™t brewing and the awesome ownerā€¦who lives onsite..replaced it immediately. Rickey and his lovely wife were attentive to all our needs making our stay so enjoyable. Having an elevator was amazingā€¦.going from the laundry room/ gym in the basement to the beautiful pool/ full kitchen/ lounge area on the 5 th floor was a treat! Stairs if you want exercise but no huffing puffing climbing stairs. The view from the upper decks were stunning. Itā€™s just a short walk to the north end of the Malecon Boardwalkā€¦and Lays grocery store, lots of local restaurants and stores are close by as wellā€¦.as are the major bus routes. We loved exploring the neighbourhood. Rickyā€™s home is now our Puerto Vallarta home. We will be back every year!šŸ„°

owner/property manager was both friendly and highly supportive to our needs. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and the location is perfect for outings or just chillin by the pool. We highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Enjoyed the view on the upper outdoor deck. Had some issues with the WIFI however Rick was very accomadatting in rectifing. The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. Condo was spotless and fully furnished. Would recommend to stay.

This was our third year staying here for the month of February. The pool area is great and has beautiful views of the bay and city. Very well furnished with laundry room and fitness area available.

Superlative!

Everything was splendid. The owners live on site and were more than willing to help us enjoy our stay. We were right in El Centro - a short walk to stores, buses, taxis, markets, great restaurants, El Malecon... Sometimes we just hung out in our beautiful apartment, soaking up the beautiful view of the bay. The upstairs areas are an amazing bonus where we barbecued, sat in the pool and lounged with a good book or soaked in the gorgeous vista of the bay. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved this property!

Our week in the middle of Puerto Vallarta was perfect!

We opted to stay in the downtown area instead of the beach and are glad we did! This place was wonderful and the owners were there to help us with everything. The refrigerator was stocked with beer, wine and water. The place was home away from home. We will try to do this again. Thank you Elaine, Rick and your staff.

Another Great Time in El Centro

This was our second year at this property and again we truly enjoyed the experience. We have some friends close by so this is an easy walk back and forth to their condo. My wife and I enjoy the many different spaces to enjoy the beautiful weather and view. Personally, the 5th floor kitchen area makes the trip for me. A fully furnished kitchen with quality kitchenware and grill makes cooking outside great fun. Rick and Elaine (owners) are fabulous. On a couple occasions, we had friends over for dinner or a swim and never had a problem. They work hard to truly share their residence without being in the way.

Great People- Great Place

Casa Destino (Andromeda Casa) was a fantastic experience. Though the streets are steep, the people in the area are all very cordial and seem to welcome Americans in the community. Speaking of cordial, owners Elaine and Rick who live on premises understand what vacationers want. They are helpful, kind and most gracious using things around the condo. The condo itself is extremely clean, beds were excellent and the fact that tap water is good to drink is a big plus. The upstairs space with pool and kitchen area was our favorite place to hangout on the warm PV days and nights. There are so many positive things to say about this property!

House if Destiny is a place to return to again!

We rented one of the units and our dear friends rented the other. We could not have scripted a better week. The home is perfect with gorgeous views from every floor. Elaine and Rick could not have done a single thing more to make our trip better. They provided the perfect recommendations for eating, activities, and enjoying every day in their beautiful home by the ocean. The room was welcoming with fruit, wine, cervesa, water, coffee. We felt so comfortable on all floors and made the most of exercising, games, the pool and the views. We enjoyed walking to the ocean and exploring the city and restaurants. We saw whales and went on excursions by boat, all conveniently located. The only thing wrong was when we had to pack and go to the airport for our return flight! The title to this property is perfect. . . We were definitely not disappointed.

Great old town location

Location was good for us, close to everything downtown. We cooked in and dined out during our stay. The property was quite stunning with multi-levels and views. There was quite a bit of attention to detail and everything we needed was either in our unit or available for the asking. Even the plumbing works like it should! Elaine and Rick were excellent hosts, helping us on many occasions with advice and recommendations.

Fabulous vacation

We just returned from a fabulous 2 week vacation at Casa de Destino. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year. The location is perfect in that we were able to walk to all our favorite restaurants and galleries. Our 1 bedroom suite was clean, well equipped and quiet. We ate breakfast on the patio or went to the 6th floor where we had a panoramic view. The hosts are super friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying here.

a delightful experience

We had an outstanding experience renting the one br unit that is part of the charming bldg, Casa del Destino. Our unit was outfitted with all the amenities. And in addition to a little patio we had access by elevator to gorgeous rooftop open air kitchen and lovely soaking pool. We also used the basement gym to work out every day. We enjoyed the owners, Elaine and Rick, who are totally friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend this too highly. Outstanding. But you have to be willing to hike a couple of steep streets to get there. Worth the effort!!! You are living in the center of the city and it is great!

Great Stay For a Full Month

We stayed at Casa del Destino, finding everything at the apartment to be exactly as advertised, and more! We particularly liked the spacious gym, and the amazing view from level five, both of which the owners made it easy for us to use. The suite is spacious, with a full kitchen, patio dining and lounging area, with great WiFi. Rick and Elaine were always cheerfully ready to help us out, several times providing thoughtful extras. The maid did a great job of cleaning whenever we asked her. Location is great, with ready access to the town, but very quiet, on a street with only occasional traffic. We walked mostly, getting used quickly to the rather steep street. To us, this was vital, as we love strolling the Old Town, going to the beach, and sampling the many fine restaurants. We liked the fact that buses north ran down Colombia, two blocks down, so we could easily bus to supermarkets and travel to other towns. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives.

A great place to stay in a great town!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa del Destino very much. This is a cozy hideaway right in the old town. It is not on the beach and there is no pool, but there is a lovely 2 level patio and a workout room. It appears that no expense has been spared in making this a comfortable place to stay. The owners live on site and were most helpful with restaurant recommendations and they are easily available to fix any problem. The place was immaculate and a maid cleans twice a week. This is the perfect place for a couple who want to stay away from those "All-Inclusive" but sterile places most Americans are drawn to. Stay here to explore the city and its wonderful restaurants and the local beaches. You will not need a car, just take a taxi or join the locals on the bus. The old town area of Puerto Vallarta is very safe and walkable. This location is about 3 blocks from the waterfront and a bit uphill.

I first came to live in a Puerto Vallarta in 2003 and bought a townhouse in the Marina area, where I lived for a few years. Shortly thereafter, I realized that I wanted to be in the heart of everything so I sold the townhouse and bought this house. I am so happy with my decision.

Oh my Goodness, the question has to be why not!!!! You can do everything from this location, or you can nothing at all. The suite is beyond comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. It is private and because I live onsite, everything will be taken care of.
