The 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome sleeps six, with a king bed in the master and a full bed and twin bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Master bath has a walk-in shower, guest bath has shower/tub combo. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops,12 cup coffee maker and Keurig .

At the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs in every room. Owner has thoughtfully provided a charcoal grill, 2 paddle boards, two Huffy beach bikes (one boy's, one girl's, beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart in the locked storage area below. Town home has covered parking for two cars, end-to-end. San De Luna offers tennis courts, a pool and grill area. Complimentary WiFi.

*Pet owners must keep dogs on a leash at all times and must clean up their dogs' waste at all times. Barking dogs should not be left outside on the back deck. If these rules are violated and it is brought to the management company's attention, the guest will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
