Come stay in our charming 1st floor villa complete with palm trees and stunning oceanfront views from both your bedroom and living room! Our condo was rated 'Excellent' by Fripp Island Resort.

The breakfast nook overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard featuring gas grills and tables surrounded by banana plants and hibiscus. Our oceanfront villa features a large, comfortable living room and dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a large bedroom with queen size bed, bathroom, patio, and parking garage directly underneath. It also has a fold down, queen size Murphy bed in the living room.

This 3000 acre gated resort with our own Security Force is host to such diverse wildlife as deer, herons, pelicans, storks, cranes, osprey, egrets, alligators, and occasional loggerhead turtles.

With over 3 miles of pristine, unspoiled beaches that offer sand dollars, seashells, hermit crabs, and starfish galore, Fripp Island is the perfect place to leave your worries behind!

Besides its' uncrowded beautiful beaches, the island hosts a unique variety of amenities. For the avid golfer, Fripp offers 2 exceptionally beautiful and challenging courses. One was designed by George Cobb and features spectacular oceanfront views (the 18th hole is located just steps away from our condo), while the other was designed by PGA champion Davis Love III.

Fisherman can spend their time along the meandering tidal creeks catching abundant fish, shrimp, and blue crabs. For the shopper, there are several shops and boutiques on the island offering everything from casual wear and souvenirs to grocery items.

As our guests, 2 Free Amenity Cards that make you a temporary member of Fripp Island Resort are included in the price! Guests have a choice of 5 different restaurants on the island (The Ocean Point Grill is located right across the lane). There are also numerous swimming pools on the island that overlook the ocean. One of these is just steps away!

At The Fripp Island Marina you can rent boats, kayaks, golf carts, bikes, and mopeds or book a seat on one of the regularly scheduled excursion boats for dolphin watching! There are also 8 soft and 2 hard surface tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as jogging and biking paths and scenic nature trails.

For the comfort of our guests, our unit is 'No Smoking' and 'No Pets'.

Fripp Island is located just 30 minutes from historic Beaufort, 45 minutes from Hilton Head Island, 11/2 hours from Savannah, and 2 hours from Charleston for those of you who love horse drawn carriage tours, unique shopping, historic sightseeing, and all types of dining - from casual to elegant!

Fripp Vacation 2024

All about the View!

Such a beautiful beachfront location on Fripp. The property owner was very responsive and everything with the check-in process was perfect. The place could use a little updating but it was well apportioned with everything you might need for a stay. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Not too bad. Not too good.

The beach was not exactly where I was let to believe. No wifi for unit…..used neighborhood WiFi and it was hit and miss. Got here at 5:00, happy hour, to find no drink glasses or a shot glass, both required for vacation rentals. We did enjoy our stay and the condo was nice. The pools on Fripp are outstanding. The food is not. Enjoyed many good seafood meals on the other side of the gate.

Perfect couples getaway

Such a peaceful stay in a cozy condo. Off season was perfect for us being senior citizens, it was really quite and we enjoyed the company of others around our age.

Breathtaking view

The oceanfront view is amazing! The condo is in a village that had easy parking, and quick steps to the beach during low tide. You can walk across the parking lot to a great place for breakfast or lunch. The condo was very clean with a comfy bed and sofa. There was also a pull down Murphy bed that we didn’t use but it would be convenient if you needed another bed. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to help us have a quiet, relaxing weekend. It was perfect!

Location, Location, Location!

Property right on the ocean! Started our mornings with beverages in hand enjoying the ocean view! The property had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed! This was the perfect getaway to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! Already looking forward to rebooking soon!

A perfect stay for any one who is healing

My trip started with a fall and I fractured a rib . Stephens condo was the perfect villa for any one with a disability . The building has a ramp and plenty of ACA parking out front . There is also an elevator with carts available . The unit was spotless. The kitchen is well supplied. Even spices are included . The appliances are newer and all work perfectly. The owner was available to explain the quirks of the tv . The bathroom has an easy entrance to the deep soaking tub. The condo is large and comfortable. The bed is especially comfy and not soft or hard . The view is of the ocean . It is a short walk to the staircase leading to a lovely beach and pool. Thank-you for including amity cards with the condo. Warn visitors the staircase is steep and slippery. My broken ribs appreciated the golf car when I went to the beach. Get security pass at the security office. Entrance # 15 as a easy flat entrance to the beach . I healed nicely with a ocean view. The patio is perfect for reading and watching the tide come in. I enjoyed my stay. My hosts went out of their way to answer all my questions. I was cranky and in pain. The owners were extremely patient with all my questions . I hope to stay in the same unit next year . Next time I will be sure not to break anything first. Urgent care is right off the island . Amenity cards (provided ) and golf carts help getting around the island . I can not imagine a nicer place to stay.

Paradise

The condo is perfect for a couple. The location is amazing. Stunning ocean views and convenient to everything. Enjoyed exploring the different beaches and pools with the golf cart we rented. Bonita Boathouse and Ocean Point Grille have delicious food.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation

This property has the most beautiful ocean view on Fripp Island. This is my second stay here and my third visit to the Island. It is the perfect spot to relax, watch the dolphins, and enjoy the scenery. The hosts are exceptional. The property has everything you need.

Perfect, relaxing getaway

This condo is steps away from the ocean. Watching and listening to the ocean waves is so relaxing. We enjoyed our walks on the beach when low tide . The condo is very clean , and has all of home’s amenities. Thank you, Steve and Lynn, we will be back. Fripp Island is beautiful!

Perfect Fripp relaxation

We have stayed in this condo several times and are never disappointed. It is always clean upon arrival, and check-in is simple. All of the essentials are provided (towels, bed linens, toilet paper, etc.), and the location at one end of the island is peaceful. Good communication with Steve and Lynn. The view is spectacular!

Great value and location

You can’t beat the ocean views from the living room, bedroom & patio. Just steps to the beach but pay attention to the tides. The private beach is flat so it comes in fast. Steve & Lynn were super communicative and hospitable and the community has a special charm with all the local wildlife and fresh seafood. Just what we needed.

We rented this property for a short getaway .. the view of the ocean ok.. you have to rent a golf cart to get to a beach access.. the cleanliness of the unit was awful .. a skillet with dried pancake batter hanging off of it.. the stove had dried tomato sauce(What appeared to be) on The controls.. pot holders with dried food on them .. the vents in bathroom need cleaned badly.. we have pics if you would like to see them .. Most restaurants closed And could not rent a boat for dolphin and sunset cruise.. definitely overpriced for the dated condo ..

Originally from Annapolis, MD we first visited Fripp Island after seeing the movie Forrest Gump and finding out that it was filmed here. We immediately fell in love with the pristine beauty of Fripp as well as the abundant wildlife that lives on the island and returned to buy a house several months later. We live here full time now and wake up everyday feeling like the luckiest couple alive!

We bought our lovely oceanfront condo on Fripp Island a couple of years after we bought our house here and have been renting it to visitors ever since. We now have lots of guests from all over the U.S. that continue to come back to Fripp and stay at our oceanfront condo year after year!

The views of the Atlantic Ocean from our oceanfront condo are simply stunning and we still come over whenever there aren't any guests to just sit outside and watch the dolphins swimming around and the pelicans flying up and down the beach. Once you experience this you'll be hooked forever!
