Clean, lawn chairs, pool, ocean view from lanai. Close to town, questions answered immediately. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice property, great location, and good value. Only problem was the sliding glass doors are VERY hard to slide open/closed. And the drapes are terrible….don’t open and close (slide) easily. We had to get on a chair to untangle them each time.

Very nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The updates to this unit are very nice. Bathrooms were like new. Location is exceptional. However, the dated windows and sliding glass doors are very hard to open. The screws holding the frame together on the sliding glass doors are falling out. My wife was physically unable to open the sliders. The front bedroom stays hot because the windows leak and the a/c doesn’t really reach that room. Also, we were unable to close the curtains at night, which just felt awkward. Parking was confusing with no discernible numbering.

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with the windows and sliding doors. We appreciate you bringing the loose hardware to our attention so we can have our maintenance team inspect and address it. We’ll also review the curtains and make sure they are operating properly for guest privacy. Regarding the front bedroom, the air conditioning is not located directly in that room, which can make it warmer than other areas of the condo. We also appreciate your comments regarding the parking and will look at ways to make the instructions clearer for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing both what you enjoyed and where we can improve.

perfect vacation retreat

What a wonderful comfortable space. We felt very content here and particularly enjoyed the lanai looking at the waves and watching very talented surfers.

Beautiful and Centrally Located

The condo had everything we needed and the lanai had a perfect view. We used the pool twice and swam at the small beach by the condo. Would stay again!

The ocean front view was amazing.The space was clean but had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived. This unit has a lot of potential, though it could benefit with some updates to make it feel more modern and inviting.

Great stay!

Loved the location and the view! The unit was clean and served us well. It can probably use a refresh, but it was in decent shape as is. The management company was responsive and the check in and out was seamless. Would stay there again!

Cozy with a view

This condo was the perfect size for my family of four! The location was convenient and in the perfect spot for watching a beautiful sunset. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the master bedroom was a bonus! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Will stay here again!

Loved the location! Easy check in and out process. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets, watched the locals surf, saw whales and dolphins, too. It would be nice to have a light out on the lanai. Otherwise, we will be staying here again!

Bali Kai Hi

Excellent location- far enough away from the main tourist strip and close to the best snorkeling in the Kona area. Easy covered parking, lanai looking onto the ocean and local surf break. All the kitchen amenities you need and a cooler to borrow for day trips! The only drawback is the curtains in the smaller bedroom don’t bock out the intense light from the (blinking!) street light so this makes it really hard for light sleepers like me.

Location

This condo has the best location. Easy to every where. The condo however could use a little repair, and updating. I spent a month staying here and I just looked past the condo issues and just loving the area.

Spectacular Views and close to downtown!

Aloha Kona Bali Kai! We stayed in the penthouse and it has a spectator view! This is a perfect unit for a family of 6! The ocean is right below so you can dip your toes or just soak up that fabulous Hawaii sunshine. Mahalo
