The second guest bedroom is queen size and it looks onto the tropical pool area. The third guest bedroom also has a queen bed. The nautical themed fourth bedroom has a set of twin beds.

The house includes wireless internet, Smart TV, DVD player, 7ft slate billiards table, and gas barbeque. Kids DVDs and board games are also included. Wild manatees play in the canal often. All your shopping needs are less than two minutes away and the free island trolley stop is on the corner. Also, the community has a private boat ramp that is one house away.
