Getaway with your loved ones and escape to Sunriver. Near the renovated Village Mall and Sunriver’s newest aquatic attraction, our home is located in the center of fun and tranquility. Relax in your private hot tub or walk to the SHARC and soak up Central Oregon’s sunshine! Hot tub includes a new lift, installed in 2023.

Our vacation home has the master bedroom on the first floor and has a queen bed with luxury linens provided. The master bedroom includes a new 55-inch Flat screen TV, installed in 2022. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and luxury linens, while the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All three bedrooms have TVs.

The living room with floor to ceiling windows provides a ton of natural light. The living area also includes a gas fireplace, 55-inch Flat screen TV, installed in 2022, stereo with CD player. New flooring installed throughout first floor in December 2016. New livingroom furniture purchased August 2018.

The kitchen is open to the dining area. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need including a dishwasher. The dishwasher and stove are new, installed in 2022. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck.

Hot tub to accommodate 6 adults, gas barbecue, and patio furniture. A large common area with open Ponderosa Pine forest extends from the deck.

The SHARC Facility (Sunriver Aquatic and Recreation Center) is a huge aquatic facility that has a lazy river, water slides and tot pool, sand play area, indoor & outdoor recreation pools, outdoor hot tub, fitness center, amphitheater and so much more! Our home is walking distance to this facility and 6 passes are included for guests to use.

A single-car garage provides parking out of the weather.

Sleeps eight.

Great place!

We loved this place! It was clean and perfect amount of space for all of us. It was an easy bike ride to the pool and the village.

Great Time

Property was in great location to the Sharc and the village. House was perfect size for our family, with the jacuzzi on the side of the house a wonderful bonus! Looking forward to coming back soon!

The property was overall very good. Problems encountered were the hot tub jets switch did not work, the bicycles were subpar (flat tire, bad seat, etc.), and during the stay the toaster and the refrigerator shut down (we could not locate the circuit breaker.) Overall, however, it was a wonderful place and a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

Tracy’s home is beautiful and welcoming. It was clean and well decorated. You have SHARC passes for everything and a beautiful hot tub. The bikes were a fantastic addition in the garage and had one perfect for our 6 year old. Before the end of our trip, he learned to ride without training wheels around the little roundabout outside the house to the applause of the wonderful and friendly neighbors. What a memory! Ignore the comments about the appliances. Everything was in perfect working order from the stove to the dish washer, they are just older non-digital models. Come on younger Millennials, you got this! Here is a tip, set the dishwasher and then PULL the dial out. ;) We had a absolutely wonderful time on short notice and couldn’t have been happier. Thank you Tracy! :)

Great Sunriver Getaway

This location is great! Super close to the SHARC and easy to find on the bike trails. The house met most of our needs. It was hit when we were staying, which is expected, and the home did provide several fans. That said, we had a hard time sleeping as the house did not cool down in the evening. The listing also shared that we would have bicycles available. Pretty much every single one of the bikes were broken and not rideable, causing us to spend an additional $$$ on top of the $$$$ for four nights. I recommend the owner remove the bikes from the listing or get new ones right away.

Good place but small

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a lovely home but it’s very small and they are honest about that in the description. The only complaints I had were that the floor needed to be mopped better, it’s near Circle 11 so close to the village but far from the river and other activities I normally enjoy, and they need a better plunger. Overall, I recommend the house for small groups.

Great Sunriver home

We had a wonderful short stay at this Sunriver home. We found it very clean upon arrival and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Our kids loved having the bikes and scooters to ride on. The host was very responsive and worked with us on a later checkout time. The only suggestion I have is it is time to update the oven/stovetop as it is quite old and knobs are falling off :)

This is our go-to spot in Sunriver!

We've been coming to Sunriver for several years and once we found this place we no longer even look for a new place. The SHARC passes are great. The bikes always work. The hot tub is clean and functioning. Can't wait to go back next summer!

Cute place

This property worked fine for us for the most part. There is no air conditioning so it was a little challenging trying to manage keeping the house as cool as possible during the day. The kitchen appliances are very old - like I think we could only get two burners to work and the dishwasher leaked so we hand washed the dishes. The hot tub was nice! I wish the outdoor furniture was a little more comfortable so it would feel more inviting to relax outside. The owners were very available for questions. The home was tidy and and inviting.

Fun in the sun

The house was as described. We had a wonderful time. We appreciated the wide variety of bikes- we were all able to cruise the bike paths. Tracy answered all our questions quickly. Only negative was that only 2 burners on the stove worked.

June 2021 review

Overall it was a great house. Our only feedback is to please look into air conditioning and also look at the stove. Only 1 out of 4 burners worked so it was really hard to cook a meal. Other than that the place was great. Loved the hot tub and patio! Since the temps were over 100 every day the fans supplied were good but not enough to keep the whole house cool. It would be a perfect stay for the winter though so we are keeping that I mind for our winter travels.

Sunriver Vacation

This house was perfect for our family. It wasn’t too small, perfect size. Had tons of games for the kids and movies. The street it is on was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes when we were just hanging out and didn’t want to take them on the bike path.

Spring break fun

Thomas was a perfect house for a family with kids. Well stocked with games and bikes. My son loves trains and LOVED watching the trains go by (and they aren’t loud at all). He won’t let us stay anywhere else after this trip

Great house, especially for families!

The Kalar family's house is great! Terrific hot tub, games and puzzles for kids, bikes and scooters, and cozy bedding and linens. It's near the SHARC (though we were there in the winter and during covid), and you can expect a little noise from being near the train tracks. The owner was extremely responsive via VRBO. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this house again!

Very clean, and a great amount of space. Excellent location, stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great experience. The house was clean and spacious. The only thing that was off for me was the third bedroom is a loft/ partial wall to the living room. I would stay here again. The host was super fast with responding to my questions.

Very comfortable and nice family to rent from

It was a nice home, very well equip and comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets and things to keep us cozy and happy. The kitchen is well stocked and the location is great.

We love Sunriver! My parents took a vacation every year here and I wanted to continue this tradition with my own children. We love the summers and the winters in Sunriver. It has always been our dream to own a home here that we can enjoy with our family.

Our home is very kid friendly, we have 3 children of our own. We keep our bikes there and plenty of games to entertain the little ones.
